Where do I start I have been treat like a queen today from a gentleman called Dan! Started by taking my car in for a general service and got told to go walk to my courtesy car why Dan come back out and gave me flowers because he rememeberd or even seen on my documents it was my birthday, it brung tears to my eyes. I left the dealership and then went to town to find a ribbon for my car because it's also my daughter prom so I rang Dan back at Mercedes and asked if I brung the ribbon in would be please help me put it on my vehicle, as I was let down by a car for my daughter to be taken to prom in. He said I will check and ring you back, he rang me back not long after our call and said we can do something better then help put a ribbon on your car we are going lend you one of there cars whitch I believe was one of there own and put the ribbon on that it's a bran new electric car, Dan and John and another collegue of Mercedes. Helped me I have never been treat so nice by people who don't even no me I'm overwhelmed with how nice I have been treat in all honesty they made mine and my daughter's day like a fairy tail where I have happy tears. This is not just a good car company I drive a AMG and love it and the staff deserve an award for treating people like royalty in my eyes. Yours sincerely Miss Bamber

Had 2 cars from Mercedes-Benz now and I won’t be going elsewhere. Absolutely brilliant service from Adam and Chris. No pressure and sorted everything quickly. Very open and honest conversations and want what’s best for your needs. Highly recommended.

I exchanged my SLK for a lovely C220 AMG coupe, white with black pan roof, 1 owner, low mileage. I asked for a full B service to be done (over £1,000), bodywork and alloys to be touched up and polished. They did all of this without quibble and the car was presented like new when I collected it. Had to go back the following week for the ABS sensors to be replaced, done while I waited. The salesman (Adam) provided excellent customer care and ensured the car was presented to my satisfaction.

Excellent customer service! Warmly welcomed by staff at reception, who were happy to answer any questions, brew a good cuppa! Even if they didn’t know the answer to the question themselves, they efficiently contacted someone who would and provided an answer quickly. I stand by my previous review as I had some issues after purchasing the car and James Whiteside was very quick in sorting it out. I would recommend asking for him if you are buying a Mercedes from the Preston Branch as he goes above and beyond. Most recommended. Thanks James :)

Really happy with the service provided by James, from the get go James made my new purchase really easy and took great care to make sure I was happy before proceeding with everything!

I drove from London to Preston with my family to pick up my new C Class and was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of James and the rest of the guys there. After I got home, James called to ask how everything went with the drive back and to ask that if there was any issues with the car to make sure I contact him straightaway!

This has been the best experience so far in buying a car for me, I'm so impressed by the extras that come with the my new car to make sure it is always in the best condition. I'd recommend these guys highly!

Recently purchased a new car from here, everything from start to finish was dealt with efficiently and professionally, the salesman who sold us the car was really helpful polite and a real pleasure to do business with, he talked us through everything and was very patient with us he got up 6 or 7 different cars and options for us and even found the one we wanted at another showroom down south, this was on a Saturday, we drove off in it on the following Wednesday.
Our salesman was called Chris Pullman can’t recommend him and Marshall Mercedes Preston highly enough.

The overall service is always world class but I want to make special mention of just how much one member of staff goes above and beyond even that!

Isha is the single most friendly, helpful and understanding person I have encountered in any customer service experience world wide. Whilst having an issue with my car which required a part to be ordered in he helped arrange at no notice a courtesy car as I explained I had an important meeting with 2 clients who I needed to drive to/from dinner.

He kept me updated on the progress of my car so that I was able to come and collect it when ready in a seamless fashion.

As I have said to the team at Marshall before we will remain loyal customers for life and in no small part due to Isha.

Update, 10 months on and the car has been back a couple of times for warranty work and when I picked it up today 16/01/22 (after a new rear windscreen) found the following when I got home. Currently waiting for a reply from the dealership, will post an update later.
