I stand by my previous review as I had some issues after purchasing the car and James Whiteside was very quick in sorting it out. I would recommend asking for him if you are buying a Mercedes from the Preston Branch as he goes above and beyond. Most recommended. Thanks James :)

Really happy with the service provided by James, from the get go James made my new purchase really easy and took great care to make sure I was happy before proceeding with everything!
I drove from London to Preston with my family to pick up my new C Class and was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of James and the rest of the guys there. After I got home, James called to ask how everything went with the drive back and to ask that if there was any issues with the car to make sure I contact him straightaway!
This has been the best experience so far in buying a car for me, I'm so impressed by the extras that come with the my new car to make sure it is always in the best condition. I'd recommend these guys highly!

Isha is the single most friendly, helpful and understanding person I have encountered in any customer service experience world wide. Whilst having an issue with my car which required a part to be ordered in he helped arrange at no notice a courtesy car as I explained I had an important meeting with 2 clients who I needed to drive to/from dinner.
He kept me updated on the progress of my car so that I was able to come and collect it when ready in a seamless fashion.
As I have said to the team at Marshall before we will remain loyal customers for life and in no small part due to Isha.

Update, 10 months on and the car has been back a couple of times for warranty work and when I picked it up today 16/01/22 (after a new rear windscreen) found the following when I got home. Currently waiting for a reply from the dealership, will post an update later.
