Do not go to this dealers, avoiding this place as service is one of the worst I have ever deal with . completely unprofessional team including manager. Sales man has no idea what is selling , can't answer simple questions, ignoring calls , emails and not calling back as they say. If you want spend money for Mercedes make sure you are under professional hands , this place is nothing like that

I recently purchased a new Mercedes A-Class as a replacement company car for my business. Having not owned a Mercedes in the past, this was my first experience of the brand and I must say I was impressed. The salesman Scott Chappell discussed the model at length and made the whole process easy, and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. I am exceptionally pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending Scott at Mercedes-Benz Gatwick in the future.

At the weekend my wife and I picked up our new car (new to us!), and said goodbye to my wife’s faithful servant!
Scott was the guy who smoothed the experience for us and he did a grand job.
Non of the pushy car salesman cliches, just a very very nice man. Clearly he could’ve given us more for our car or charged us less for the new car but that’s the game we play isn’t it!

I was slightly nervous buying my first car. When I arrived I was greeted with Justin. Justin was very helpful throughout the process, giving me all the information I needed to help make the process a hell of a lot easier. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had.

As for the car itself. It's an excellent product and I've had no issues since collecting the car.

Excellent experience of purchasing new A class for my wife. Our salesman Justin was very helpful throughout the process. At handover he spent time going through the various controls and demonstrating the park assist feature. The customer care we received was definitely a cut above that received from our local London Mercedes dealer when I purchased a new car for myself earlier in the year. This is a little late in posting! But wholly deserved! I popped into Mercedes at Gatwick in December off the cuff, to have a look about whilst considering part exchanging my C250 (which I loved!) Scott was beyond awesome! He listened to my long list of wants and needs to fit my life. He managed to match a great car to everything I wanted as a must have and found the slight compromises I needed. The fact he even saved me money in my budget and I still got the awesome black wheels to the GLA. Scott - maintained a great client customer service approach. I never felt like he was pushing a sale on me and therefore it made it super easy! One thing I can say - I know some complain about after sales care - not with Gatwick Mercedes nor personally by Scott either. He has been epic in following up on some minor points needed. The service desk team have been great to engage with. To be honest - I aim to be a long term customer and have scott find me my next car after this! Thank you for making the process so easy after I had spent months debating changing my car! Your the best!
