Unfortunately I have to give 1* the reception is excellent, the gentleman whom served me upon collection was excellent too asking me to do a review for them....which I'm doing.

I ve been using this branch for over 20 years no problem ever occurred until today....had a B service and MOT done also replaced 3 tyres, 2 worn and one nailed beyond repair.

So....driving home my tyre warning lights comes on with the Amber brake warning light too! The display showed the 2 front tyres are balanced well but the rear 2 are showing all different pressure! So have to do my own Pit stop at petrol station to fix unbalance problem AND reset the tyre assist. SHOULDN'T Mercedes checked the tyre pressure before letting customer drive off when they've changed the tyres....I have to do another check later on in case the new tyre may be leaking air then I will HAVE to take it back!

While at the petrol station I also popped the hood to check if any caps needed to be tighten after the technician service....my surprise the brake fluid cap was just capped over not tightened so that is careless.

Now to top things off on my receipt says Mercedes carried complimentary wash and vacuum which yes vacuumed BUT not washed like they've always done for all those years!

I tried calling at 4.36pm to let them know the issues I'm having but NO one answered and the call back request don't seem to work either.
Yes it's petty to mention the wash which I enjoy washing my car anyway but please DONT write things in that has NOT been done.
So now that's my experience and conclusion with my once upon a time good branch of Mercedes.......

My second visit to Mercedes Benz Aftersales Jews walk Chelsea and I must say the team are fantastic. I was greeted with a warm smile and a good morning from Sam, Marilyn and Rania and I instantly felt comfortable. I had a while u wait appointment and the team were ever so accommodating and I would only ever tell my friends and colleagues to visit for their services etc.
It was just not the front of house staff whom were pleasant, absolutely everyone. They kept me informed of what was going on and how long it would take, all with a smile 😄
My car was cleaned inside and out with a smile May I add.
I would definitely recommend this place to all. The team are fabulous

Awful place and avoid. Booked car in for service on a Wednesday morning. Got a call later that morning advising that break lines needed to be replace and accepted the quoted price. Was told car would be ready tomorrow or Friday at very latest.

Thursday - No call from garage

Friday - No call from garage. I called in the afternoon for an update and was told someone would call back from service team. No one called back. I called again later in the afternoon and was told I was being put through to the service team and was then cut off

Saturday - Called again and eventually told parts were not yet in and as Monday was Bank Holiday someone from the service team would contact me on Tuesday

Tuesday - Service team call and say part expected in today so car will be available on Wednesday. Also told they would speak to their manager re anything they can do on the price given the delay - Never hear anything back on this and no discount given.

Wednesday - Get call to say part now in and car should be available later today. Get another call later in the day saying parts have been fitted but they want to run further tests first thing next day so car won't be available till Thursday

Thursday - Get call Thursday AM saying car tested and ready. I go to collect. Sit in reception being ignored for 10 minutes. Finally ask someone and then have to wait another 15 minutes for the invoice to be prepared and printed.

Overall I spent £1500 and the level of service and commnunication was derisory for a £1500 spend.

I did not have a car for over a week. Weekend plans had to be cancelled.

I get it that the parts were not available. What I don't get or accept is that there was zero communciation to me about this and I was the one who had to be constantly phoning up. I took the car in on Wednesday morning and it wasn't until Saturday morning that I was told there was a problem with the parts.

Needless to say I will never be returning here.

I had to bring in my car for some electrical issues!

Let me start off with saying that we’re all humans and therefore make mistakes, but it’s rather how we solve these issues that shows your true professionalism! Troy, Samatha and their teams are champions at that!!

My first challenge was with their external loan car provider, which showed up way too late. Both Samantha and Troy (GM) jumped on the phone multiple times hunting down the partner to ensure I didn’t have to wait longer and on top of that apologising to me, whilst it wasn’t even their mistake.

After that, we faced some challenges in diagnosing the issue due to some miscommunication on the parts. Again this was resolved by the team with a small delay but excusing for the inconvenience and provided excellent support throughout.

Upon pickup Troy and Samantha greeted me personally to ensure everything was closed off properly. Therefore hats off ;) to the team and a big recommendation if you’re looking for a quality partner for your Mercedes-Benz/AMG!!

Great, thorough and friendly service as always.

My vehicle was booked in for a regular service and there was a fault which arose on my journey in to the garage.

The StarView video reports are very helpful and Michael and the lovely reception team were fantastic in keeping me involved in the process, making sensible suggestions, and ensuring I only paid for what I actually needed.

The customer service here is fantastic and you feel like a customer and not just a number.

Car is always returned super clean and shiny, inside and out.

Glad to be continuing my relationship here for over five years now despite moving away from the area.

I cannot recommend Troy Taylor (Manager) and the delightful Sam highly enough! I popped in to see if anyone could look at a little problem but the engineers were all busy. Troy, who happened to be in on a Saturday and not supposed to be working, kindly offered to have a look and instantly fixed the problem! A complimentary car wash, cappuccino and lovely chat to Sam has got my weekend off to the best start! Thank you both for going over and above in perfect customer care!

My car went in for a service today and I was incredibly well looked after by Neil Grobler. He kept me informed as the day progressed and went to great lengths to make sure an extra engine part was ready for me at a convenient time.

A thoroughly professional and polite service. Would highly recommend.

Great service received from the guys at MB, in particular Zulfiqar who helped us from start to end. Did everything to assist us and didn't once rush us, answered all questions, made everything very simple and to be honest went above and beyond.
Really pleased with my new car!
Would definitely recommend this place - they have a very decent selection of Mercedes, and I've already decided on going back when it's time for an upgrade.
