Dear customers,
I asked for an appoitment due to loss of power and engine management light flashing.Today they have charged me £159 plus vat did not repair my van, been told that turbo gone and part cost £1000. Different mechanic asked me to bring it to his garage. He repaired it for a £100!!! .He replaced boost pressure sensor and one small vacum pipe between turbo and boost pressure regulator.
I am very dissapointed, I gave my van to a specialist however they were not able to solve my problem.
Well done to the local garage!!!!

Broken down unit recovered to them. 9 days later they tell me they have still not looked at it. They dont answer the phone or reply to any emails sent. They are the worst dealership i have ever used. Avoid this place i possible. I had to put 1 star in to be able topost. They are not worth the 1 star even. Transport Manager Yearsley Logistics

After a dreadful experience with Northside Mercedes, Doncaster and a complaint to Mercedes directly I was advised by my local Mechanic to try Mertrux in Mansfield. My Vito required recall work plus it had developed a couple of other issues I highlighted to Mertrux on the drop off. From the initial contact with Chris Gadsby to the completion of the work I am pleased to say was the polar opposite of my poor experience with Northside Mercedes.

Just to let people know make sure you get a quote in writing before you leave your van. I rang up for a A service on a 2016 Mercedes sprinter Hymer ,asked how much it would be the guy said around £200 so I booked it in.when I went to pick it up the guy gave me the bill it was £417 . I said this is wrong someone told me £200 on the phone. He went in the back then came out and said the Hymer is different to a normal sprinter you have to take more parts off to get to things, l said no you don’t it’s the same oil filler and filter and the same pollen filter.he went back in to the back and came back out he said this is the best I can do for you £277. Not happy but better than £417 . I will never go back to Mertrux at huthwaite again. So just be very careful when booking anything there .
