I received great advice from the team when trying to decide on a new car, then Alex always kept me up to date with the delivery status. Steve made us feel like royalty when picking up the car, the paperwork wasn't onerous and he patiently went through all the features of the car. Amazing day all round and I'm really enjoying the new car. 5 stars!

Had service, the last on my 3 year service plan, plus first MOT. They also offered to wash and hoover the car, thank you.
Firstly, they called at the end of the day to say they hadn't picked up that the automatic transmission was due servicing but they'd run out of time. Agreed they should keep the car overnight as long as it was completed first thing in the morning. Had heard nothing by 11:15 the next morning so had to chase. Told just finishing paperwork....... Collected about 12:15, no sorry, no apology. When I went to car obviously hadn't been cleaned, probably dirtier than when it went in - but had hoovered! When I queried I was told yes it had been washed, sorry I beg to differ. Level of people service has seriously gone downhill.

Excellent customer service, such care and consideration. Thank you Michael and Georgia, what an experience, everyone should buy at least one care from Mercedes Colchester in their lifetime. The car is perfect.

Exceptional customer service even posting some sunglasses that had been left in our part exchanged vehicle that had believed to be lost, possibly had been hiding under one of the seats.

Communication from the sales team was very good without being overly pushy. Everything was done in a professional manner from first contact to the delivery of the vehicle.
