The longer review that it really deserves:

Emma and Craig made booking our first motorhome an absolute breeze. In our particular circumstance, it was very important that we were confident in booking a first class, and spotlessly clean van. As I have been shielding throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, it was imperative to feel safe as this was my maiden voyage. Emma and Craig are meticulous in their approach and were more than happy to talk me through all of their cleaning processes- which I might add are vigorous! They wear PPE, have 'fogger' disinfectant 'pressure washer' style steamers etc and adhere to all the recommended guidelines. Which is fantastic as a client who is going to be making the motorhome a a little homely bubble to travel in.

To the van itself:
We had a brand spanking new van with so many features inc option for two double beds, cooker, grill, hob, two TVs, smart tablet featuring radio, usb, sat nav, bluetooth calls, steering controls, fridge, freezer, toilet, sink and shower, plenty of storage, and they even provide table and chairs for outside. Oh and a big rack! Equally, anything you want removed, they are happy to take items out to make room for your own equipment.

It was glorious and just very straightforward to travel in as everything is covered. Emma provided a really comprehensive overview of the van upon collection and demonstrated all of the features. Anything I forgot after leaving, Craig was more than happy to receive calls about and he gives you his mobile number in addition to the business landline so you can get the support. Fortunately, Emma did such a thorough job that this was not needed too much!

Our first motorhome experience was so enjoyable and easy from beginning to end, that we are definitely going to be doing this again...and again in the future, and it will be Emma & Craig at Taunton Motorhome who will be getting our call.

To top things off, when I took the motorhome back after our trip, my mini that I had left there had been given a valet and the fogger used inside as Craig knew I was concerned about getting back into as a shielder after it had been driven by them out of their safe warehouse.

We have just returned from a week away in North Devon in a 6 berth Motorhome. Quite honestly, this has been a dream holiday for the 4 of us with memories to treasure for all time! The Motorhome was absolutely spotless and beautiful inside and out. There was loads of room for the 4 of us to live in comfort whilst away. Craig had kindly kept our booking for two years seeing as covid restrictions had prevented us from going away for the last two Springs and it was so worth the wait. Our boys (aged 10 and 12 yrs) have had the times of their lives. The customer service was exemplary, everything is explained before you leave and they make themselves available 24/7 by phone whilst you are away which takes away any pressure of worry. Amazing Motorhome, amazing holiday and amazing memories!

Just returned from a week in the Lake District with one of Craig and Emma’s vans…. What can I say!
The motor home was so well equipped we wanted for nothing.
Spotlessly clean, easy to use and very comfortable.
Really friendly to deal with from booking to return and on the end of the phone if any help needed.
The motor home was fantastic and felt like home from home… would 100% recommend anyone to try this great way to holiday and can’t thank Craig and Emma enough for their friendly service.

Excellent service.
As new to motorhome travel the knowledge and support given by Emma and Craig was great.
We travelled for 2 weeks with no issues at all and didn't need to call them even though they were on 24 HR standby!!
The simplicity of the charging and all inclusive aspect of the charging made this an easier option to choose.

As a family of 4 we've just returned from a 2 week trip to Holland in a 6 berth motorhome from Taunton Motorhome Hire. The service from Craig and Emma from the initial contact has been outstanding. So helpful and accommodating.
When we picked up the motorhome it was immaculate and ready to move straight in to. They have thought of everything and we literally just needed to take bedding, clothes, food and ourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking equipment. The gazebo was a godsend in the recent heat and plenty big enough for the 4 of us and our friends to sit around a table for dinner.
We would highly recommend Taunton Motorhome Hire and will use them again. As 1st time motorhome users we were so impressed that everything had been thought of for us even down to pegs to hang out the washing! Thank you Craig and Emma for making our first motorhome holiday so easy.

We hired a motorhome for a week and it was fantastic. It has everything you need including the kitchen sink! (Lol)

Never driven anything like this before but loved every minute, fantastic experience for us and the kids. We went in a larger family party and all hired motorhomes, three in total and it was amazing. Great in good weather or bad and easier than camping in a large family group. You have to try it.

The motorhome was spotless, couldn't fault the condition or the equipment, you really can just up and go. We went stright to the beach, woodland and lakes of Wales and did not worry about the traditional British summer weather at all.

Excellent experience! We have just got back from a week away in one of motorhomes and had the best adventure ever. First time ever driving one and staying in one. The motorhome had everything we needed and was so warm and cosy during the Welsh nighttime storms. We will be hiring again next year. The owners are so friendly and helpful which made the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks so much!
