Mobile Master

Last month I had dropped my galaxy a50 and cracked the screen. I had since been checking with mobile shops in Cardiff city for screen replacements options and narrowed down on this shop in Pontypridd market area. Zee, the person at the shop was very helpful and replaced the cracked screen with an original Samsung screen with a 6 month warranty, all in a 30 minute turnaround time, basically the time for me to do some quick shopping at B&M and grab a coffee. The price he charged was reasonable and the quality of the finished job was good! Along with this, he also provided a phone cover free of charge (photyadded) to protect the phone from future falls.

Happy with service, quality of job done and quick turnaround time. Would recommend it to others. You have to pay in cash only though, but there a lot of ATM’s on the same street, so wasn’t much of problem for me.

My phone had stopped charging, so I popped in. It turned out there was an issue with the phone shorting, which needed more work.

The guys were knowledgeable, accommodating and reassuring. The price was great and was much quicker and cheaper than going through insurance.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for phone repairs.

I got my phone fixed here around 3 months ago. I stared having problems a day or 2 ago. I gave them a message on Facebook and got a response straight away and told me to pop in to the shop. They sorted it without a problem. Great customer service from everyone working and I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing company, fast, friendly, good products , good repair. Normally done withing 30 minutes or less and always happy to help no matter how small the problem. I highly recommend this company prices are fair I will not use any other.

Bought a new phone from me unopened. Always need ID photo and address like license and bank statements. I have had to give my license up for medical reasons and the owner was thinking of all ideas to solve this so I could sell for one. And then the price offered was massively more than CEX. New phone paid 450 cex only give 170 but sell for 390 as never used and still had security stickers in tact. But these guys offered a fair price. Recommend HIGHLY

The best place around for anything, he is a kind gentlemen I took my daughters iPad for a screen replacement and when I had it back it looked absolutely brand new he done an excellent job I would highly recommend everyone to come here, will 100% be returning to this shop with all my phones and iPads! True gentleman this gives customers proper quality service!!
