Boys Hall

September 2022 - It's been exciting to follow on social media Boys Hall's renovation process. Over the moon for it to be finally open! Boys Hall is a wonderful addition to Ashford's hospitality scene, a very special venue. Great care has been taken in curating every aspect of the renovation with respect for its history and detailed modern touches.
We booked the restaurant for lunch on its first day of opening and the whole experience was magnificent. From the warm welcome of the attentive and friendly staff and owner to the utterly delicious four course lunch. Yes, four! And yet, we left feeling pleasantly full rather than overindulged. The menu choices are cleverly balanced creating a perfect marriage of courses.
If you are thinking about it, stop hesitating and book yourself a table. You'll have an incredibly scrumptious meal in a beautiful and stunning setting and go home filled with positive vibes.

I never write reviews. I had to write one today about this beautiful venue. Absolutely stunning lunch today. The food, the wine, the service, impeccable. The food, where do I start. Well thought out but unusual pairings that was simply out of this world. I was blown away by both my starter and main, and so was my husband. Little tip, the espresso martini's are unreal - the best I've ever had.

We had the most amazing meal at Boys Hall. The food was delicious, amazing wine list and the venue is absolutely stunning. We met the owners, Brad and Kristie, who could not have been more welcoming. A fantastic venue and what Kent has been missing. A must visit!

I posted my review just now too soon before mentioning the lovely meal we had in the restaurant. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious, locally sourced and menu varied. Very well stocked bar with some lovely local wines. Brad, Kristie and their staff were very attentive and we wish them all the best for the future and we look forward to returning again soon.

This is a real gem and delighted that we don't have to drive a huge distance to get there. Brad and his team made us feel very welcome on arrival and the standard of the rennovation is amazing. The staff were very attentive, food great - we were completely full after a 4 course meal. No expense has been spared with the interior decor. They have beautiful rooms to just sit and enjoy an afternoon cup of tea and cake, or to enjoy a drink in their cozy bar as well as beautiful function rooms, with bedrooms to come. We are thrilled to have found Boys Hall and we hope that their business will be a real success,but hopefully not busy enough for us to secure future reservations with them!

Just wanted to share an honest review of our Sunday lunch today .
Overall it was excellent , bear in mind Boys hall has only been opened 6 weeks and it’s only their third Sunday lunch service .
The owner is both engaging and charming and totally committed to delivering an outstanding experience .
The quality of the food , ingredients and meat cuts are faultless
The wine list actually represents great value for money .
If there is a room for improvement ( and I do believe this will come )
Service is slow
We could have easily consumed two pre dinner drinks whilst waiting for all our guest to arrive , I always think restaurants miss a trick on this one , the quicker you can get an alcoholic drink into someone the better , you both buy time and increase revenue .
Will be come back 100 % YES
This restaurant /Hotel will only get better the owners have to much skin in the game to be anything but outstanding.

We had a wonderful family meal here. From the moment we walked in to when we left it was exceptional. Very attentive service and the food was amazing. What a treat! We all chose from the festive menu and it didn’t disappoint. The presentation and combinations of flavours were perfect. I chose the goats cheesecake for dessert on Brad’s recommendation and it was so delicious.
We will definitely be back soon. Thank you to Brad, Kristy and all the team at Boys Hall. The hard work you’ve put in over the last three years to make this place so special was so worth it and we wish you a great well deserved successful future

Nov 22- had lunch here with the girls. IT WAS AMAZING! The place and decor is so beautiful and cosy . We started off in front of a lovely fire on big sofas with drinks, moved onto the restaurant, where food was outstanding, hazelnut shortbread dessert is best pudding I've ever had! After lunch we were told we didn't have to leave we could go and relax on sofas for coffee. It was just the perfect afternoon and have to add the staff were all so lovely , chatty and very accommodating. This is is must visit fir any occasion. We'll done guys !!!
