Alzahra Centre Nottingham

I remember when I was working in Nottingham I went here in Ramadan or Muharram and it was really nice masha Allah. It was the first time I met an arab Shia.

I have attended many meetings here, clean and well organised. Shia place of worship.
It formerly was Edna G Olds Nursery which I attended at the age of two till four.
From 1982 till 1984.

Came to Nottingham for the day and needed a mosque for Zuhr, this place was on our route but was shut, no sign of activity.

One of the best places to connect and interact with other like minded!
In Ramadan and muharram lots of food in the form of niyaaz for whole months!!

Attending since 2007 this is like our second home.
A peaceful place of worship and a very lovely friendly community.
We have benefitted from our knowledgable scholars lectures and children’s Sunday school.
And many other events.

We come here often. It's a lovely community and a wonderful place to pray
