They fitted a new seal to my Yale fork lift ram and 5 months later during an inspection for the annual test the seal was badly leaking again. Also the inspector mentioned they had not refitted the safety clips to the chain pins so the truck failed the examination so we could not use the truck until we located new safety clips. West country forktrucks refused to replace the seal saying it was out of warranty at 5 months even though we noticed a slight leak soon after they replaced the ram. Taking them to court.
