A good experience all round with particular thanks to Russell for his patience. Very pleased with the new van and we feel confident that it was well checked over before we completed the purchase, including having a replacement windscreen fitted for a crack we hadn't noticed. A great selection of vans - would definitely recommend.

I have purchased 2 vans for my small business from CVC. Tom was incredibly patient with me as I’m very fussy! He was knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in fulfilling my requirements and supplying me with exactly what I needed - without ever being pushy. There was never any pressure and the whole process was effortless. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, these guys are clearly the best - friendly bunch too!

Booked a van in for repair after a poor job completed by a mobile mechanic, advised them in advance why the van was coming down and dropped off the van, then subsequently received a phone call advising they would not work on the van. Complete waste of my time and they had the audacity to try and charge me for refusing to work on it. Then I was verbally abused by the manager / owner whilst throwing the invoice at me. Avoid this place and take your vehicle to a professional. As I was leaving the unhinged owner / manager accused me of working on the van myself, as if he was trying to insult me, a profoundly surreal experience.

Just like to say thanks to Alex - Lovely to deal with, very professional, great service and most of all a cracking van.
