Very pleased with our Motorhome, and for the first time in 30 years and our 4th Motorhome I can say I’m pleased with the service we received, so far.

I inherited my brother Bursner Travel van that was bought from these people. One of the drawers was broken and after emailing these people regarding getting a replacement I had no replies. Luckily my more local Burstner dealer were keen to help. Chelston seem interested in selling motorhomes, but as others have found out you are on your own if you need spares. I know one dealer who is off my list when it comes to looking for a replacement.

I arrived at chelstons yesterday 1st ov september to pick my new camper van up that i ordered. From the time i arrived until the time i left we were really looked after by the chelston team. We started first with the valet team who were just finishing giveing it the onece over. then we were shown the camper from top to bottom how to work everything and to see were everything was and the guy done a wonderfull job. Then i decided i wanted 2x tvs fitted which they done straight away for me and a lovely job they done aswell. The guy in the on site shop sorted the tvs and got the job done for us well done you sir. Then the hardest part came handing over the money for payment which was a large amoun for a swift kon tiki 894. MARTYN the sales guy who i have been phoneing since november 2021 was a true salesman what he said he done so 5 stars the team i never normally give reveiws but credit were it is dew 👏👏👍

Shop is usefull for your camper and camping bits as well as stuff to help during a self build

Spent half an hour outside looking at campers and no one came out to help! Then we went inside and about 7 employees completely ignored us and seemed happier drinking their tea! Would never go back!

Advice To All who Rent A Motor home From this Company i hired a Motorhome From them and when i Arrived at my home 10 Mins away i notice the Table had A bit of Damaged and Took Photo and emailed them Guess What No Reply on Returning the Motorhome i was told that This was Done by me i tried To explain this Wasn't the Case and the Md Came to see me what a very Arrogant Man i basically Called me A liar.
So i had to Pay for the Table i would avoided this company at all Cost
When i ask for The Table i had Just paid For they Refused to Give it to me
So i Guess that next Person to hire will Get Charged

Friendly staff greeted us at Chelston Motorhomes. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgable, making us a very good part exchange offer on our current motorhome. Needless to say we now have a new one ordered. There is also a fully stocked shop for all the leisure items you may need. We'll worth visiting
