I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly professional and very happy to share their knowledge with me. I was interested in an Africa Twin; it just didn’t work out on this occasion. They didn’t bat an eyelid when I said I wasn’t going to go through with the purchase (the bike was delicious, my circumstances changed); there was no annoyance on their behalf or attempt at a hard sell. I’m getting a new exhaust and top box fitted to my existing bike in the new year and will definitely be back in the future for servicing, accessories purchasing and almost certainly to buy a new bike when the time is right. 🙏 thanks 🤩

My bike was a bit of a mess when I took it in. Week after the storms so muddy and wet just from riding it there.
When I picked it up after service, mot, chain and sprockets and new hoses..... It was sparkling. Rides like brand new.
Will be booking it in next month for brake pads.
Highly recommend lings

I purchased a Honda Forza 350 last year from Lings Ipswich and have enjoyed every moment of riding it. Today I was unable to start the bike, after trying the usual to get it started i rang the service department of Lings, thankfully a extremley knowledgable and helpful person was able to talk me through the process of fixing the problem over the phone and I am now mobile. I would like to thank Lings for your help which was above and beyond. Well done!!

Please avoid this dealership, recommended a friend to go here to purchase a triumph, we booked a test ride for him through the website, called to confirm it and they said it was all ready to go, booked the day off work, arranged childcare, got to the shop to be told they didn't have that model in so they couldn't help us. If that wasn't bad enough, they were blunt about it and unwilling to offer any kind of help or advice. A loss for them as my friend probably would have purchased on the day, but also frustrating enough that he went for a Kawasaki instead as Orwell's couldn't have been more accommodating. This isn't the first issue I've had here, and I'm constantly hearing bad things about this place. Also, one of their mechanics has a reputation for abusing customers motorcycles so use them at your own risk

I have visited this shop and wanted a used bike some months ago. Never bothered calling me back so purchased a Honda from another dealership. Have then given them a second chance on quoting to fit extra lights to my new Honda. They never bothered to get in touch again. I can only conclude that they really don't care and only want the big spenders. But I might have been one of them (but now go to a competitor shop with better service and that quoted immediately for the lights!).

Thank you Jake for contacting me. I left 4 stars and will update after my case is closed and bike fixed. I am glad you take some steps to sort the things out as I love Honda bikes and I would love to have great service just round the corner. I have been put off by the lack of communication basically. Hopefully there is a bit of motivation there to improve and become Honda quality dealership.

Was quite happy with the purchase of a used nearly 3 year old bike, but noticed (in less than a 100 miles) that the rear disc had a slight warp noticeable when using back brake for manoeuvring.
Bike had barely been used due to lockdown and was told that the warranty wouldn’t cover it despite it probably having the fault from purchase.
If you can’t go in to try the bike - I WOULD NOT recommend using these guys as the best they could offer was £15 off a £200 repair, which I would not have bought a bike with a fault !

Unhappy environment. The employee didn't introduce himself nor welcome us. We wanted to buy a honda bike immediately but was iot helped and made to wait while.they sat down in front of the computer. Went to another Honda dealer and got what we wanted with good customer service.
