My son bought the parts I needed for my birthday. Unfortunately, his order came in 36 days and in condition for the trash bin. While we waited without tracking information, inadequate answers on the phone and no responding on emails. He returned the order and waited three weeks for the money to be refunded. The money was recovered by £20.32 less?! I advise no one to buy from such ''traders''!

Bought a set of Vance and Hines pipes for my Roadster the pipes turned up earlier than promised and I was kept updated on the progress of the order online and over the phone when I contacted them for an update. Down to earth guys and very knowledgeable on the products they sell.

This is a typical example example of people giving poor reviews when there is absolutely no need

Wish I had read all the other one star reviews people have written about Hogparts before I ordered from them.
Clutch went on my Victory Vegas 2nd of August.
They were on hols for a week but no mention of that during the order process and no one to cover their business so initial ine week delay.
Then the box went missing that had my parts in it (seems they don't stock parts they sell, they import from Europe).
They told me twice that it is on the way.
Three weeks in I was told they would get me a definite response later that day by email when it would arrive.
That was the last I heard from them until I wrote that I had got my bank involved to reverse the charges.
It is now the end of August.
Been without my bike all of August and missed Thunder in the Glen.

PS, only 8 days to get a part from US on ebay.

Great service with a good price.
Item arrived early.

Very pleased with their full service including response from customer service.

I agree with the reviewer below Hogparts are good IF YOU ORDER THROUGH EBAY ..outside that if you have problems they just cant be contacted don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails which it a shame and hence the two stars on top of the they us UPS nuff said.

I ordered something from Hogparts for the first time, because the price for the item I needed was incredibly competitive (cheapest in Europe, or from the other platforms like eBay). As with the prior comment, I have to say I had 0 issues with the Hogparts. Ordered my item through the website. Payment went through. Got the email confirmation. Was told to wait for the delivery confirmation. Once I received it the next week, it was delivered in 2 days (DPD delivery). Item was as described with 0 damage, and it was well packaged. They even included a small Haribo packet, and a keychain.

My experience was positive, and therefore I will be ordering from here again if I ever need anything and they have it in stock.
