On there web page they state there the Uks most experienced partner of sw motech.
Yet when I ordered panniers from them they emailed me the following day saying they’ve become discontinued.
Very disappointed now I have to wait for upto 3 days for my refund to clear with PayPal.

I ordered a Top box plate for my BMW s1000xr over the phone on Tuesday morning, it arrived at 11.00 the next day! This was also the only place I could find that had the plate for my 2020 XR in stock.

I've purchased SW-Motech stuff from MCRR a few times, most recently an Urban pannier set. The website is very good, they are competitive on price and communication is excellent. On this occasion there was a short delay in supply due to lack of stock but I was kept fully informed. On previous occasions delivery times have been exceptional. Highly recommended.

I ordered a SW Motech Evo Panniers Rack from MR&R Ltd . Adam was very helpful and email me to check i ordered the right rack as there are 2 types. He told me it had to come from Germany and would be about 3 weeks as they did not have it in stock. All in all the service was very good and problem free. 10/10

Ordered a 5l container of S100 gel cleaner which was the best price I could see online and it arrived within 24 hours free delivery, first time I have used MCRR and it has been faultless I'm happy to say.

I have placed an order for SW Motech ION footrest kit and since receiving my order acknowledgement email have not had any details of a delivery date. Worse is that I cannot seem to contact company and their website states it is closed! Attempting to get a refund via PayPal :-(
