Spacious is an odd word to use to describe a cinema. Nevertheless it feels apt in this case. From the open feel of the foyer to the leg room on the seats. Bliss

Really nice experience - clean and modern with big comfy seats. Good value tickets. And the seats are set quite steep so you can easily see over the person in front of you!

Fantastic cinema, not over priced, only small number of screens but the seating and picture and sound quality are as good if not better than the bigger cinemas, would highly recommend this to anyone, a fun , cheap trip out for all the family

Brilliant facilities at reel cinemas and a good experience. There are no problems watching the screen as the layout is perfect. However reel cinema are useless at answering the phone as I have been ringing them all day and not one answer. Pathetic.

For a small cinema its great very spacious seating no one kicking you in the back lol will definately be going bk the car park over the bypass is the best one to go too its Free parking & unlimited time where as market st you only get a two hr maximum stay just a pointer if a film is over the two hr slot.

Absolutely horrible experience and condescending customer service. We booked to watch Avatar in 3D on 26/12/2022,getting there We were curtly told we can't watch it because they don't have 3D glasses left even though there were lots of empty seat, no apology and the manager was absolutely unhelpful and dismissive. We decided to go back another day, we went back today during the day just to make sure the same case of no 3D availability did not happen again,the staff that attended to us booked all and confirm its for 3D. We went back at 7 30 and was told again we can't see it because we were booked for 2d which was not we said and reiterated severally.
Again the manager dismissed us,offensively said i am refunding you and stated he won't talk to us while trying to explain and denied seeing us during the day despite been called to help with booking our ticket by the staff.and we should go. At this point it is clear they are indirectly refusing us entrance on purpose.i have 2 children with us whole family of 9. For what it's worth we are a black family. Shame that the children had to witness this twice.shame

Leg room, leg room and more leg room! Finally a cinema that focuses on comfort.... and for only £4 a cinema ticket.

I am really impressed with this cinema. It was clean and spacious. The seats were so comfortable. I was able to completely lose myself in the film.

Why are all cinemas not like this one? Well done Reel Cinema in Chorley!
