ODEON Luxe Maidstone

Odeon Luxe in Maidstone is wonderful and has some great choice of in house restaurants for food lovers.
Self serve options for non alcoholic beverages and also hot chicken strips meal is a great combo while enjoying movie.
Very neat and well maintained ambiance indoors. Parking is also convenient at reasonable price. Recliner seats are very comfortable.

We visited the Odeon for the larger isense theatre to see the latest Marvel movie. The reclining seats were mostly comfortable and had good legroom, but even halfway back the seats felt a little low compared to screen (not bad, but not ideal compared to some other Odeons).

The lobby/snack area is open and spacious, with 4 kiosks you need to book snacks from them pick up at the counter.

Toilets were fairly clean with few waits, and had no issues with parking in the pay and display lot.

Just a heads up, screen 2 has an issue with wind wining through the doors, according to a member of staff it is a long term issue and has not been resolved, according to the manager it's the first she has heard about it?!?

Noise not a problem if your movie is full on loud but if your watching a jump scare movie with quiet moments it is really annoying and spoils the immersive experience.

It's great that the seats are now recliners and there is so much more legroom here, it's really comfortable for old codgers like me. The cinema foyer used to be the place where anticipation about the film you were about to see, used to build. Alas, the foyer did feel a bit devoid of life though, with vending machines being the most common sight, rather than human beings. It looked a bit like my local hospital canteen at 2am.

The member of staff we did see, was helpful and friendly though and the staff can't be blamed for the rather soulless front of house. Maybe asking whoever had the foresight to put recliners in, to take a look at the foyer, might help to bring it back to life a little. Overall, glad we went though.

Staff are not clear and confusing some tills are either cash or card only. Popcorn was absolutely shockingly horrific. Ice blasts machine do not work properly and coke machine serves out hot coke, price of the pick and mix extortionate very disappointed

Love using myLimitless pass to see as many movies a month for just £15! Otherwise Odeon is quite expensive compared to other cinemas and don’t really think I’d pay full price each time. They have clean auditoriums almost always and very comfy reclining seats. Just make sure you book your tickets as movies get booked up fast

Visited this Cinema for the first time to see Avatar 2 in the Sense Cinema and was very impressed. The only let down is basically there should be more than one Costa Coffee machine to serve coffee, l suspect this could be an issue at really busy times! Apart from that I will most certainly visit again.

The cinema was very cold. When I mentioned this to the staff they very apologetic and refunded my money straight away. All the staff very charming and helpful
