No complaints about the actual cinemas. Very comfortable. The staff behind the counters were dreadful. Had to ask and then repeat 3 times my order (not hard, one chardonnay, one merlot and a vanilla ice cream). Even then she started to pour a rose before I stopped her). They obviously don't train their staff.

Went to watch the minions the rise of gru, kids loved it. Was only 12 of us in the whole cinema. The staff that greeted us were friendly & helpful, toilets were clean & so was the rest of the Odeon.

Small but clean and cozy with great sound and comfy seating! They also have a Ben & Jerry's ice cream bar and a Costa inside!

The cinema experience was great staff was excellent to but when I user the toilets they need to make them more respectful will be going back to curzon I'm afraid

Everything is good and the environment is clean! However, for food and drinks also ticket prices are rip-offs expensive, and not enough choices what like food things!

Great experience with the premier seats. Quite comfortable and generally nice. Only negative is how the food is so expensive but that's understandable

Nothing bad, but nothing special ethier foods overpriced but that's a company/cinema thing just think they may need some more staff on busy days 🤷♀️

This cinema has been nice and clean / tidy on the previous couple of visits. Seats are not bad, and screens are fair size. As pointed out by other reviewers, food / drink is expensive (not that you wouldn't expect that). Was a bit shocked over the five pound something tango ice blast (bit like a slush) but convinced my young 'un to share with me so at least I didn't need to buy two...!
