Cineworld Cinema Cheltenham

We did to VIP experience which we really enjoyed. Plenty of hot food including pizza,
fajitas and another pasta dish. It is pricey but as a treat considering you also get unlimited drink, Nacho's, popcorn and hot dogs it was a great experience. The lounge was a little warm as they were having problems with the AC but thankfully it was working great in the cinema room. Lovely and cool on a very hot day. Reclining seats were good to.

Went to see an autism screening of The rise of Gru and found it a really good experience. Will definitely be attending again.

Went for 4DX and the place was amazing!! The tickets are definitely on the expensive side but with meerkat two for one is a good deal. The inside is great and lots of movie screens inside. The 4DX was great but our seats didn’t get any front spray so didn’t get the full experience but it was still great. The ice cream was great and the food choices was good too. Having some discounts for students or days will be even better.

Watched the new black panther film in the 4dx with the vibrating seats. Not keen on the vibrating seats the gentle moving with the film but really could not match the more violent movements with the film, it just felt like random crazy movement, hard to stay in your seat at times. Going to give the vibrating seats a miss in the future. Nice clean cinema and toilets.

When this year I paid for four 4dx3d tickets to watch Avatar the way of water ...I was told the water was not working ..after I had paid for said tickets I noticed a A4 laminated sign saying the Waler was not working so you can understand my frustration as this was ment to be a very special treat ...please advise me to what kind of compensation you will offer me as I will never again pay over £20 per person for this totally disappointing experience...yours Faithfully

Told to wait for 30+mins, then told the screen is broken. No refund or even an apology. Having to call and chase the awful call centre to get the money back after 3 weeks. Go to a better cinema!

Went to the IMAX. Either the screen or the lens needs a clean. It would also be better if the 3D glasses collection box wasn't placed in front of the screen!
