It can be a bit grotty sometimes and the escalators seem to break down more and more frequently. There is also always a queue for drinks, popcorn, etc and they seem to take ages to serve. This can be avoided if you purchase your tickets from the machines downstairs and bring your own food and drink. The screens, seating and sound quality are always consistently good.

A local cinema playing a variety of movies in different languages at a relatively cheap price compared to other cinemas. This is my local cinema and I must say its been maintaining a decent standard despite having very little staff. The only big problem it's been facing for many years now is the escalators not working which can be irritating to many. 🔽 (Screen 8)

This is my local cinema and giving 3 stars as they are showing Indian movies otherwise not worth even 3 stars unfortunately. Escalators never working from ground floor to top. During movie some lights are always on - on top of head which they told emergency lights.. cleanliness - very poor. Lack of staff - can't blame COVID for so long. Twice in last few months, I experienced emergency building evacuation. While called customer services they even don't know??

Nice space, courteous staff and variety of snacks.
Can improve of timely cleaning of cinema rooms, but quite understandable it might be one of those understaffed days. Overall a great experience again, thank you.

This cinema is a complete garbage, the lift is not working, the stairs are not working, if you're disabled person there is no chance to get in the screaming for room 4-10. During the movie the lights were no dined. After multiple times of coworkers checking the room, there were no changes applied. I spoke with the manager Rakesh and demanded a refund; he refused this as the lights on were safety measures during the screaming. The light affect my overall experience of the movie, lousy customer service.

Saw The Banshees of Inisherin there yesterday at 12.40pm. The film started well after 1pm because of the usual bombastic adverts, trailers and a long and complex clip telling us to turn off our mobile phones.
The escalators didn't work, and Screen 4 is three storeys up. The lift did work on the way down. The carpets were grubby, the toilets were clean. In screen 4 there was a humming sound throughout the film, from a fan somewhere that needed lubricating or filter that needed cleaning. There was also a patch of white light spilling into the bottom left corner of the screen from one of two bright and distractingly-placed emergency exit signs.
Comfy seats, great steep rake, sharp image and superb sound. Inexpensive.
Probably all feels better on a Saturday when busy.

I have been Today at Avatar here. Place is very quiet just few people on Screen 2 that I was at. That's not an issue as actually it helps focus on the movie and not crowded. I bought nachos which been delicious and hot dog which was overpriced for a quality. Service at the till very nice and friendly, good customer service. Cinema in general clean and tidy even the bathrooms. Minus on the not working escalators. It was hard for me to get on top as pregnant but deffo should be look at in general as priority
