Excellent experience. Great addition to Curzon family.
Great sound system, good size screens and comfy seats. Shame a tad on the pricey side.

Great cinema: very comfy seats, good choice of movies, amazing service, food and drinks brought to your seats what else could you ask for. Will definitely get the membership

Incredible Cinema
Genuinely luxurious theatres with beautiful velvet recliner seats, great films, incredible service (drinks delivered to seats etc), and a great (really well priced) Gordon Ramsey pizza restaurant below. What more could you ask for?!. Great addition to Kingston. 👍

Nice new cinema with helpful staff, comfy seats and a variety of films to watch. If you are a frequent visitor membership may offer more value and can be used at other Curzon cinemas.

I love Curzon cinema and the one in Kingston is a great addition. Staff are friendly, service is great, seats, screen and sound makes it all an amazing experience when I visit. Would like to see the waiting area be designed a bit warmer and more cozy...maybe add some plants and cushions as this will be an invitation to hang around a bit longer to take in the experience. So happy with the membership, always look forward spending some time in this warm and relaxed environment ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love love love this cinema. My one critique is that the lights in the hallway before the screens are WAY too bright. Every time somebody left/entered the screen my immersion into the film was broken, it was super distracting. Not sure who to raise it with but please have those lights dimmed/some turned off! Is it really necessary to have three bright lights in a tiny hallway?

Loved the experience! Waited upon at your seat. Milkshakes and pizza what a combo. And the seats- a soft twin recliner. I tend not to go to the cinema as I see it as a rip off, but this was worth it. Avatar ✌️

No obvious sign from top of escalator to the cinema - only to attached pizzeria.
3 flights of stairs to foyer but no sign to lift - we were told how to find the lift after we senior citizens had climbed the stairs.
No sign as to where to buy tickets.
We ordered 1 breakfast tea and 1 earl grey - they were indistinguishable - asked for an earl grey again - tasted of nothing.
Staff seemed annoyed by us questioning the taste/quality.
No paper in the toilet cubicle I used.
Sat on sofa seat in cinema - I am 5’6” and in proportion but my feet didn’t reach the floor when I rested my back against the back of the seat - I bundled up my coat to make a cushion. Poor design.
This iteration of Curzon is not a patch on the Richmond Curzon nor on the Everymans at Walton and Esher. Such a shame - it has great potential if they improve their signage, train their staff better and ensure toilets are checked regularly or that 2 loo roll dispensers are in each cubicle.
