Super cute and unique theater. You will love this place especially if you’re a big film buff. This was the first date we went in after moving to the UK from the states and was pleasantly surprised at just how cool this movie theater was, far from average. It’s small and only a few small screens - but a much better experience. They play a large variety of films, and have lots of special screenings from what I gathered. One being a “mothers screening” during the week where moms with small babies can go watch a movie at a lower volume with dim lights with only other mothers and babies in case of an outbursts a child may have. I thought this was a lovely idea for mothers who may be bored and lonely to still get out of the house and have some fun when they have a little one. Downstairs is a restaurant and bar, which is perfect. Upstairs are the screens. The prices and reasonable and the service was great. I love the decorations and all the movie references and artwork. It really was a great pick me up after such a big and scary move for us with the military and meant a lot to us as huge film fans to find this place.

1st time here for a film though I've eaten in the lovely restaurant before. I LOVE this place - Screen 2 is relatively compact by modern standards but the screen is nonetheless plenty big enough. Sofas and big, adjustable seats were so comfy. Great service from the delightful staff who clearly love working in the place - so different from the usual off-hand attitude in the big, anonymous chain cinemas. EVERYONE must use this place so it can thrive in the face of increasing competition in Bury St Edmunds. Don't let this gem wither and disappear!!

What a lovely cinema! Staff super friendly and helpful. The decor and atmosphere is fantastic. Very clean too. The film "Black Adam" on the premier screen was just like being in the film itself! The sound and graphics were superb. Will definitely go again. Also no booking fees charged when booked online. It was easy to do.

Absolutely brilliant. Never been to a film there before. Had a nice sofa, brilliant view, good film, the Whitney Houston one.
Will definitely go again and have a meal there too as it looked really nice.

A beautiful little cinema steeped in Bury St Edmunds history. It has three intimate screens with a mix of seats and sofas for comfort. If you're making a day/night of it, get there early to enjoy something to eat.
I've been going here for 30+ years, in that time both me and the cinema have grown. I may have swapped my Cadbury buttons for a glass of wine, but cosyed up on a sofa it feels like a home from home 🥰
