Good place. Staff have been friendly everytime I've been there. The place does look a bit run down. But hey, welcome to North Wales. Food was served fast and the cinema screen was well looked after and setup pretty well.

Air con not working, screens with showing times switched of VIP seating out of use and £3.79 for a bag of sweets you can get for £1 at the corner shop. Film was show with subtle but no warning of this. Disappointing experience.

What a very outdated cinema. As my daughter is in a wheelchair we had to sit at the very front. I had to sit as low as I could so I could see the screen comfortably. The seats are so uncomfortable and I left with a massive headache which has still not gone. I think its time for a massive upgrade. Food and drink is very expensive so didn't bother getting anything. Wasn't a pleasurable experience.

Needs a boost of investment i think. Seats are very dated, rooms feel very enclosed. Staff were very friendly and the heart of the place. Very clean and tidy. Just doesnt stand up to other cinemas throughout the kingdom.

We went to see Avatar - way of the water, which was brilliant and well worth the wait... BUT, there was NO heating. It was -4⁰ outside and the temperature inside was no different. I could see my breath it was that cold. It didn't make for a comfortable or enjoyable experience. Also there was over 30 minutes of adverts and trailers before the film even started. Talk about long winded. Good film, rubbish venue. I could wait to get out into a warm car.

Absolutly shocking, went for a birthday celebration the room was freezing we had to put our coats on. Complained to a memeber of staff to be told 'yeah theres a problem with the heater in screen 1' We should of been pre warned and asked if we still wanted to watch the film, we had paid for 7 of us aswell

I went to see the film Smile. The coach load I had were next door Swimming. I had the whole cinema to myself and I enjoyed the hotdogs they served. Great day.

Easy access to screens small area to wait for groups to gather. You can by tickets at the foyer as well as WiFi bookings
I think its time for a massive upgrade.
