A lovely little cinema. Only one member of staff who was doing a fantastic job on his own. Small selection of snacks and drinks available, no ice creams. Seats extremely uncomfortable as they are too high. Could hear the film in screen 1 whilst watching in screen 2 which was a shame. Doors don't open until 10 minutes before film starts so don't get there early! Love the ticket machine!!

A lovely experience this evening taking my dad to see 1917. Atmospheric and quaint. My only criticism would be the sound not being very loud and on times I could hear the film running next door. Coming from Cardiff I am used to a very different cinema experience . However I did enjoy my visit and I felt I had stepped back in time.

Really enjoyed the cinema, great old place. Not many people there. It was great to watch a film and not be distracted by mobil phones. Will definitely be going back.

Saw the new James Bond film last night. Good cinema experience, and pleasantly different to the big multiscreen cinemas. Good value ticket prices, fair enough for some drinks and a bit of popcorn.
Good screen & sound, seats comfortable enough for me.
It's a bit retro, and that's part of the appeal.
I haven't been to the cinema in a while (since before the COVID thing began), and I will get back into it. It's local.
Overall, can't fault it.

One of the worst cinemas I have ever been in. Dirty. Stinking. Overcrowded considering covid is prevelent.
Film was also supposed to start 7.30 and we had 15mins of adverts. Then waited another 15 mins for people who showed up late to take their seats. Avid movie buffs will want to give this place a miss unless it's ùr last resort.

Great independent cinema, very well looked after (seats were immaculate). Good prices for tickets and refreshments, very friendly and.helpful staff. A refreshing change from out of town multiplexes

Lovely old fashioned cinema. Staff nice. They do leave you outside until virtually the film is starting but comfy seats and good view from the balcony.
