Impeccable service. Arrived very promptly and packed the house up swiftly. I had a nightmare with my completion meaning that I had to send the removal men away. They waited at my new property for hours and didn't complain once. We rescheduled the move and once again they arrived promptly and did a fantastic job. Made the headache of moving so much easier for me, especially because of accessibility at the new property - steep slope and steps. No complaints, just hardworking professionals. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND GREAT RATES!! Have recommended to my estate agent and friends! Thank you Terry and the two strapping lads. Really appreciated!!

These guys were fantastic for our move from UK to Ireland. Terry & Connor arrived on time, were very professional, treated our stuff like it was their own, and got stuck in. They arrived in Ireland, unloaded fast & efficient, and were a shining example of courtesy and professionalism. It is no surprise that they have been verysuccessful for years.

Their rates were a fraction of some of the larger companies (for less quantity), and even though the actual amount of stuff we moved was above the quote Terry & I worked out a suitable arrangement for us both.
Even though we are now Ireland based, I will definitelty be including Terry on top opf the list to contact should we move again, even within Ireland.

If you want a PERFECT removal turn to Bracknell Transport Services. I couldn't have found anyone more charming, more kind, more respectful, more honest, more professional or more efficient if I had tried. Terry and his lovely employee looked after my belongings as if they were their own : zero damage, zero loss. I could have entrusted them with my children and wouldn't hesitate a second to do so. They even took care to keep all the screws and keys safe and reminded me where they were on arrival! This time I really hit the jackpot. You don't know what you are missing, all of you who go for the big names. The huge bonus is that insurance is included : absolutley no added costs after the estimate or the delivery. Terry was highly intelligent on a long haul abroad. Pass the message on!

Very professional! I recenlty moved from Leicester to Newcastle as I am an academic at teh Northumrbia University (originally from Italy). Bracknell Transport Services offered me an excellent service in all relocation phases: 1) they came to my terrace house in Leicester and pick up my fornitures and stuff; 2) they stored them from 2 months in a safe place; 3) they brought them to Newcaslte. Everythng was OK, nothing was demaged. Also, Terry was always available by email or phone when I had to ask for clarification or suggestion. Finally, the quality / price is very competitive. Can not recommend these guys enough. They were amazing when they moved our house! Turned up on time, packed the van very carefully and respected our things, then beat us to our destination and waited around for our seller to finish moving. They moved us in promptly and everything in the right room.. also moved us on the hottest day of the year and I didn't hear one complaint. They were friendly and personable and will tell anyone and everyone to use them if they are moving house! Thanks guys.

We booked our removals with Bracknells Transport Services only 4 days before the move. We were really impressed by the service received from Terry and his team. They had looked up our house on right move first so had a good idea of the amount of items that needed moving and the size of the van required. The quote we received was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received and also included insurance. Terry answered all the questions I had and gave me reassurance on their policy if the date changed (again!) The team turned up on time and worked very hard all morning. They waited on the other side until we got the keys and worked hard unloading. We feel very lucky to have come across Bracknell Transport Services, they made the moving process so smooth and I would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Bracknells and, whilst I always take 2 or 3 quotes, they are my "go to" service provider and others would need to be significantly cheaper for me to want to go elsewhere. Terry and his team are absolutely fantastic and work very, very hard to ensure that things are as painless as they can possibly be. Also Terry's communication is absolutely first class and I don't know how he continues to manage to work 7 days a week ! Over the time we have used them (c25 years), the team has differed but they are always excellent so Bracknells must be doing something very right to instill that culture into all their staff.
