Moved house a couple of weeks ago, one of them was alright but the other guy moving my items was very lazy, scratching himself and hands down his pants and smoking constantly without washing his hands while handling my items. They scuffed a few of my items including my leather couch and shelving units. They dropped one of my bags and thought I didn't notice, and i seen them looking in the bag and tried to hide it on the front seat of the van, it was an expensive Bluetooth speaker they were eyeing up. When I confronted them they pretended it was their own bag, obviously trying to rob my stuff. They took over 6 hours to move 2 van loads of furniture. Do not use this company!!! the good reviews must be their own family members or friends.

Fantastic service, responsive, friendly and great value. The guys took us in and out of storage and moved us from one side of the country to the other with a great “can do” attitude and no damage, taking extra special care of valuable items.

We were quote a good price by Tommy's Removals and on short notice they managed to fit us in the diary for a local full house move. Ken & Ben arrived promptly in the morning and packed the van with no issues at all, we had some awkward bit n bobs to move, on the other side they were efficient & quick to unpack and put everything where we wanted. They were both friendly, polite, and hard working. I Wouldn't hesitate to use the company again if I need it.
