Roberts & Denny's Removals

We used Roberts & Denny's for our move and we couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly and was stress free.
They packed up for us, in a very professional way and with great care for our items.
We got the keys later than expected due to delay in our completion, and they had to wait 3hrs at the property before they could start unloading. They didn't complain about it, and they even gave us time to enter our new house alone so we could have our "moment".
I will recommend them anytime now.

The team were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the whole process stress free and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We had a huge amount of stuff to move and the team worked very hard and with great care. Particular thanks to Henry who packed my entire studio full of artwork by himself.

The whole team at R&D were fantastic. Incredibly efficient and professional when packing the day before our move and then they went above and beyond on what turned out to be a very difficult moving day. They were patient and calm and did everything possible to get us moved in on the day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great communication from start to finish even though our removal date changed three times. Clare and the girls in the office were very reassuring and understanding and helpful throughout.
Albi and his team were professional, punctual, polite, courteous and careful with packing all items. Even though our move was running slightly late on the day this did not affect the service and courtesy we received and they maintained a good sense of humour throughout.
It was quite apparent from start to finish Robert and Denny’s knew exactly what they were doing, no items suffered any damage. From offering friendly advice at the outset to the service they gave on the day I can say that they are a thoroughly professional outfit who I would not hesitate to recommend.

Roberts & Denny's were brilliant and were amazing at packing and moving. On a stressful day it was good to know my things were in good hands! Henry lead the team and coordinated everything, keeping me informed of how things were going. I'd highly recommend this company: they were worth every penny and I'd use them again.

We had a really awesome experience with R&D’s, felt like we were in very safe hands from start to finish. Super professional, efficient and friendly team. The removals team went the extra mile to make it as easy as possible by doing an extra drop off to save us having to hire a car.

Also, Jade & co in the office were really patient and accommodating… our move date changed countless times but was never made to feel like we were putting anyone out.

These guys were simply great. Very competitive on price, completely professional, took great care of all our stuff, took apart and put furniture back together at new house, prompt, hard working, super polite… the list goes on. Our buyer had a delay with monies on the big day but the Roberts and Denny’s team took it in their stride and drafted in extra men to help unload quickly when the keys finally arrived. Great communication with HQ in the meantime. And while they were waiting outside Henry even rebuilt the swing set in the garden! Perhaps the best thing though was their incredible team spirit which felt like they all enjoyed the job! They really helped take the stress out our house move, and I would thoroughly recommend. I later found out from a friend that he had a similarly positive experience with Roberts and Denny’s. Don’t be tempted by cheap no frills outfits or big names that charge over the odds.

One member of the team arrived a couple of days prior to the big move, he professionally packed up 80% of our things in no time at all. He was super friendly, very professional and always asked questions in regards to certain items. On the day of the move, around 5 of them swiftly packed up the rest, carefully packed into both vans, and waiting at the other end. All boxes were labelled to make it easier at the other end and they were done in no time at all. It made the the whole experience really chilled with no stress!!
