The team at BMS are truly amazing. I have used these guys twice now and they have never failed us. From the moment we booked BMS we were looked after the team even had time to come to the property to assess the contents thoroughly.

After waiting 4 hours for the keys whilst completion was taking place the team made sure everything was where it needed to be before they left the property.

The team we had today were absolutely 💯 top notch!! From the moment they arrived they were super professional and super swift!!!.
29 Years of memories in a 16 tonne truck and a Luton van was unbelievable.. the team managed to get everything in the lorries in 2 and a half hours.... absolutely mind blowing!!!

My only wish is that everything in life with house moves could be this seemless.

I've used BMS twice to move, and they have been perfect both times. We had lots of communication upfront to make sure that the day ran smoothly, and despite some tricky logistics and also a lot of delays with completion & the sellers moving out, the team were incredible! It was a very hot day, and they still worked so quickly and efficiently at the same time with great care. Not one item was broken in the move and I felt like all my things were in safe hands. Highly recommend!

Used BMS to relocate to another town. Great service and made moving stress-free. Purchased boxes and tape which was the right amount and sturdy. Would recommend getting them to assemble beds on arrival to new home. After a day of moving, it’s well worth it as you don’t have to muster the strength to put beds up and BMS crew just put them together in minutes! Thank you.

From the 1st contact BMS were helpful, courteous, professional. Gave a quote and stuck to it despite our 1st sale not completing. We moved 200 miles away, this meant a 3 day job. The packers showed up on time and worked all day with hardly any breaks. The movers arrived on time, loaded everything carefully. Unloaded at the destination, put everything back together. I don't think they knew the meaning of the words "tea break". Non stop. Excellent company, polite, professional, careful, hard working. If you need a move, don't hesitate to book with BMS.

Fantastic service from the BMS Transport team on a recent house move. Worked with us with great flexibility in initially locking down a move date with a short timescale between exchange and completion. A team of 6 across two days to pack, dismantle furniture, load and then get us in to the new house on the move date - a top team of professionals. We had a significant delay getting in to the new house on the move day, but the move team were patient and once we had the keys, were unloaded and moved in within a few hrs. A great job - highly recommended!

I had a brilliant experience with BMS transport, the sales team were super helpful in giving me clear instruction as to what was needed to move house and the team that came on the day were fantastic. They packed me up and moved house within 4 hours and tried every possible way to get the furniture into the property - over the back garden gate, through tight corner, they never just gave up they always thought of another solution. A slick operation from start to finish that was professional to a tee. I would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service from BMS on our long-distance move from London to Newcastle through snow, ice and fog! The price was very competitive and no hidden extras. From first contact, all our questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. On our 3-day move the guys worked tirelessly and were extremely courteous and helpful. At our destination we had a small load go to self-storage and when I went to check my unit later in the week, everything had been stacked carefully by the BMS guys. Thoroughly recommended.
