Can’t even begin to say how impressed I was yesterday. Ade and Viktor did an outstanding job with my house move. Professional, friendly, hard working and really demonstrated the benefits of using a proper removal company. Outstanding!

Bell and Sons did my mothers removal and storage and they were excellent throughout. From the first call to discuss options to the online quote process and the staff answering queries and advising us through the tricky process of going into store before completing on her new place. The packer was great as were the team who took mums furniture into storage as were the team who delivered the furniture to her new home on a very hot day. If anyone is considering moving in Leicester and surrounding area you must give Bell and Sons a call they deserve a 5* plus for the absolutely excellent service they offer.

We were extremely impressed with the service provided by Bell & Sons. Phil visited our home to do the survey, which was thorough and efficient. Rachel and Jade in the office were fantastic, friendly, helpful and reassuring despite the last minute nature of our transaction and went out of their way to get the packing service and removal booked in with what ended up being very short notice. We opted for the full packing service, which we would highly recommend. Phil and Simon packed everything fantastically. On moving day our possessions were loaded quickly and without fuss, by the friendly team. The keys to the new property were not released to us until the end of the day, but Bells sent an army of removals guys to unload, which was done in just an hour and a half. The crew were nothing short of fantastic. We really can't thank everyone enough and have no hesitation in recommending Bells.

Everyone says moving house is the most stressful experience of your life, I disagree as this company made it so easy and at times lots of fun. 🤩

The 7 lads we had the privilege of meeting were an absolute credit to Bell & Sons, they worked relentlessly all day and stayed late to complete it and ensure we were happy with everything they had done.

The whole team at Bell and sons, including Jade and Rachel were brilliant! They worked hard, efficiently and carefully. From the packing up , loading and unloading all was done with care and a smile, a real pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate to use them again!

Having never moved house before, we approached the whole process with some trepidation. After contacting several firms for quotes, however, we had no hesitation in selecting Bell & Sons. Firstly, the survey of our goods and chattels, was carried out by a personal visit to our home, not by a virtual tour of the rooms. Secondly, when the quotation arrived, it was very detailed and comprehensive. We knew exactly what we were paying for, what they would do and what we were expected to do. They also provided prices of extra services that might be needed.
Rachel and her team were extremely helpful when it came to arranging a date for our removal which tied in with our completion date. This was happening in the last week of the Stamp Duty holiday, when removal firms were very working flat out to fit in all their clients. Rachel was a star, she had a complete grasp of the situation and we felt she would be able to sort everything out for us … and she did.
On removal day, George, Simon and Jack turned up promptly, despite the torrential downpour that had occurred earlier. They were quiet and methodical in the way they moved from room to room making an inventory of our furniture and labelling all the boxes. They handled our possessions with care, and we’re unflappable, even managing to navigate our large three seater settee safely through the house and onto the lorry. All in all, we felt we were in the hands of expert professionals. We would certainly recommend them to anyone weighing up the pros and cons of selecting a removal company, they’re simply the best.

We selected Bell & Sons for our move and we cannot recommend them enough! The whole process has been seamless they certainly took the stress away from our move, we had two separate addresses and a distance move from the midlands to London to add to the mix and everything was organised and professional from start to finish.
