Sent my son's belongings to nz via this company this was months ago still not there also charged for unused boxes had to drive to there depot to return them so they would remove the charges only to find they no longer trade out of the address but have borrowed space in the corner of a nothere companies unit the people at the company they are sharing space with said they where struggling that's why they leg them use part of there unit BEWARE

Do not use they will take your money and run
I am thousand pound with debt now as this company promises to do a dood to door service took my money and now I have had to chase the shipping company occurring storage fees astronomical fees I’m having to pay shipping firm thousands they are still trading taking orders please no one use them as you will be writing a similar review

As a family of 4 we were finding the whole idea of moving daunting. However these guys help us move all the way to the USA as we had to relocate for my partners work. They were extremely helpful and took care of everything which put us all at ease. So thankful to the Simpsons team!
