The whole experience with B Moved from the initial quotation to them moving our belongings into the new property was just fantastic. The guys could not have been more professional and friendly and made everything go smoothly. Our quotation also included storage for a few weeks but the price was still very competitive and fair. Could not recommend enough.

This was the second time we used Bart and his team and I cannot fault a thing. From the moment we booked, their communication, organisation in arranging parking suspensions, planning the move, prioritising the order in which the rooms were packed - not to mention the care they took in with fragile and valuable items as well as their cleanliness, laying down plastic sheets at both properties to ensure no transferring of dirt. I would not hesitate in recommending Bart and his team, they may not be the cheapest but they're also not the most expensive either a good thing I think! Sadly we hope not to be moving again anytime soon but if we do these will be the first people I call!

Their teams reliably showed up on time, motivated, and ready to work. They work carefully, hard, and fast. Package items where required, and finding good improvised solutions where necessary.

Their office staff is also very responsive, professional, and really cares about their customers' happiness (even placing a follow up call post the move to check everything had gone to our expectation).

From getting the quote to unloading the final thing from the lorry, we couldn't fault the B Moved team. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, helpful and efficient, and it was nice getting to know the removal team a little over fish and chips on unload day! Even the delay lower down the chain didn't phase them. They are absolute professionals, took pride in their work and care with our belongings and we would recommend them to anyone who asks.

We recently relocated from London to Surrey and asked B Moved to handle our packing and moving, having received a word of mouth recommendation from a friend. One of their team members arrived on Thursday to pack (with care, at almost unbelievable speed) and was then joined by three colleagues on Friday for the move itself. Despite the lift being out of order in our building, the team couldn't have been more courteous and professional throughout. They were efficient, organised and the move was completed quickly, without a single broken or damaged item. Any furniture items which they had to take apart (beds, sofas etc) were rebuilt in the new house, in the rooms of our choice. We recommend B Moved unreservedly and would use their services again, with confidence.

B Moved recently helped us relocate to a whole new area. It was a stressful time, but these guys were so calm, polite, professional, punctual that it really took the stress right out of it.
During the move, one of our picture frames was accidentally broken (I should say before it was packed up and through no real fault of anyone involved!). The team at B Moved, got straight on it, replaced the glass and ordered the same poster before we were even aware it had been broken. Just an example of their efficiency, care and attention to detail.
I would 100% be looking to use them again.
