Avoid at all costs. Initial quote given and then hidden costs at every point. Original qoute for packing, removal, storage and move back in but then wanted the same amount of money to move back out. No paperwork given or contracts to protect either party. Unprofessional throughout in every way (communication, punctuality). Property damaged during removal and no protective measures in place which you would consider standard (protecting walkways, bubble wrapping large items). Hugely inflated costs.

I hired JD removals and I have got to say they were amazing. Very friendly no hidden costs The company moved me from Nottingham to Norwich. They were on time and very careful with my belongings. I would definitely recommend JD removals. 5 * for customer service. 👍🏼
