It's a lovely botanical garden! You should plan to stay the entire day! An incredible plant collection.

Beautiful place, lots to see and do. It’s a little expensive but if you take a picnic and stay the day, worth every penny. They do take the opportunity to charge for every extra, be warned!

Had a great time last night walking round and seeing the lights - almost didn’t feel the cold kick in!

This is a great thing to do with the kids, the family or a loved one!

Great food options and different stages of the walk and loads of mulled wine on offer! We loved it and would deffo go again!!

Wow wow wow! Go and see it.

Something's have to be seen, you just have to be there.

There is lots to see, different plants and flowers from different countries.

Very educational (if you research the things you're looking at) and serene.

Great for a family trip with or without kids, part of a romantic date or just a day of exploration.

A magical show put on for all to enjoy regardless of age! Definitely book the remaining January dates - whilst a little pricey I think the value comes in taking your time to really explore every art installation. Highly recommend parking on the inner residential streets which offer late night free parking.

Loved this place! It's massive with a huge variety of plants. We spent almost a full day there and only managed 70% of it.
I especially enjoyed the TreeTop Walk and Prince of Wales Conservatory. The kitchen garden was good too as it's the summer and lots of things are growing.
I'm not sure how accessible some of the places were (TreeTop lift was out of action and there were quite a few steps for some of the glass houses). However lots of benches and place to rest, relax and enjoy the gardens.
We choose this entrance as it was the quietest. It takes you straight to the pagoda.
The Victoria terrace had a reasonably priced cafe and food was good. Enjoyed walking around the gift and garden shop.
I felt the ticket price was value for money as there is a lot to maintain (it was very well maintained) and such a variety to see.
