Absolutely loved this place. Had the biggest tin of baked beans I have ever seen.

Captain Beanhead was such a laddish tour guide. Had many a good bean pun. My favourite being: "Have you BAKED BEANS having a good time". Could hardly contain my laughter.

Only thing to improve it would be if guests were allowed into the baked beans pool rather than just looking at it.

Local Legend Captain Beany. It is rumored that he is the sole cause of Global Warming, due to his high methane emissions and carbon footprint. Actually Raising the Temperature of Port Talbot by Half a Degree.
Well worth a visit, and its Free, also Excellent and Unique Gift Shop.
Check opening times.

Absolutely fantastic time, we had a great sit down interview with the captain who was so welcoming straight from the get go.
The museum is impressive and has so many oddities it's almost hard knowing where to look. Can't recommend it enough and I can't praise the Captain enough either

What an absolute fun-filled day both my friend and I had. We didn't stop laughing!
Captain Beany made our day.
Many stories he told us of life and how he got to where he is today.
Thank you Captain Beany for sharing this experience with us. 😀😜 XX

I don't know what to say about this place, I'm still trying to figure out if it was a whacky dream or a bad trip. It was the most bizarre experience of my life. Captain Beany is by his own admission a few beans short of a full can.

He is very enthusiastic and passionate about all things bean related and was seemingly excited to be showing us around his prized collection.

It is a private museum where pre booking is essential, cost of admission is £10 per adult.

Captain had me beaning from ear to ear the entire time. It was fartastic. Captain Beany was absolutely legumary.

This hero, inventor, saviour absolutely made my trip to Wales.

Just visit and embrace the bean!
