West 12 Music Shop

Magic lies inside this humble shop, don't let the unassuming store front fool you. This guitar tech and electronics wizard modded my Epiphone Ultra III for half the price I thought I'd have to pay!

My Fender JB badly needed a full setup, bridge and neck, electrics and knobs, it was a real mess. I've been looking for repair music shops around the Ealing, Acton area but the ones I could find were by appointment and over my budget. Somehow I found W12 MS on google, located in Shepherds Bush West London, sent them a message and two days later got my bass back as good as new. Lawrence gives an excellent service with very fair prices. 100% recommend!

Truly amazing.
My speaker broken down and I was about to throw it away ,and then I come across west 12 music shop by the pure luck driving by.
I took the speaker there and to my amusement it was repaired in less than 30 minutes and good price
In this throw away society we have to look into giving a second chance to our music equipment.
This man can repair speakers disco lighting guitars and much more.
Well I can put it in simple wards hi is a instrument doctor.

Before you throw you instrument think twice ,give a second chance and get it repaired . It is much cheaper than you think.

Dropped off a studio monitor speaker in need of repair late afternoon and was all fixed and ready to pick up the next morning.

Went there to fix my amplifier thinking that there was a problem with the power/wiring. It turned out that the adapter I was using was the problem. 🤣
I was so grateful to Lawrence for not laughing at me and taking the time to walk me through how the amplifier works. And offered me a new high quality adapter. The service was great and friendly 👍🏼

I saw a review and called ahead to have a bass guitar set-up. Lawrence answered, I brought in my J Bass and that's that. Quality turnaround - take it from me, the setup is superb - If you need some quality guitar maintenance, now you reallly know where to go

I went in there with my daughter on Saturday to get a strap fitted to her acoustic guitar and re set the guitar strings. We could not have received a better service. The man running the shop was efficient, friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.. Could not reccommend this place more highly!
