Great music shop, just be polite and they will leave you to try out anything that interests you. Great for strings, straps and most accessories too. Nice selection of reasonably priced guitars Always feel relaxed there, and have purchased several good guitars which have and still do serve me well!

Purchased a guitar via the online store which arrived very quickly, unfortunately the guitar had a couple of minor issues.

This was no problem however, the shop very quickly arranged for the return of the faulty instrument and a replacement to be sent the very next day.

Was looking for a Bose packlite & accidentally came across there web site .

Rang them as I’d seen there was one for sale on there web site at a great price ‘ what condition I didn’t know . Spoke to BOB . Bose expert told me it was some old guys they were selling it for . Done deal at asking price apart from DPD messing up as they always do & my item Arrived e 2 days later rather than next day no fault of shop . WOW it was absolutley brand new if used once . Absolutley chuffed . What a great find & bargain . Thank you Ees music Ipswich & BOB 10/10 👍

I purchased a Vintage V65 guitar from EES Music in 2020. Unfortunately the guitar was faulty, but EES were very helpful in arranging for a prompt replacement directly from JHS (the manufacturer). Excellent customer service! Thanks to Louis who was super helpful!
