Icon Music is great. They are all about the customer and their needs. Very helpful and can't do enough for you. They have a great choice of Instruments, equipment and accessories along with a wide range of Merch and gifts to suit all music tastes. Finally, a great selection of tuition on offer and their own practice room for hire. What more can you want from a music shop! Highly recommended.

I ordered a digital piano and frame from the shop and one day after Tom sent me an e-mail to inform me that frame and piano that I ordered are not compatible. He helped me to fix the issues and shipped the product really quickly. Thank you very much!

I haven’t been lucky enough to attend the shop but can I just say the customer service is absolutely astounding, firstly I ordered 2 separate items of Merch and got refunded p&p on one, then one item was too small so I contacted and it’s already been resolved in such a short space of time.. Whilst buying a band T-shirt for my teen daughter, and getting the size wrong (as it seems oversized is the only way to go these days) I found Tom was incredibly helpful and communicated almost right away. Very very impressed with slipknot dressing gown and gloves! Teenager will be very happy come xmas day. More than this, is thre phenomenal and excellent customer service from this company. The owner cannot do enough to help and fulfilling these deliveries over postal strikes etc has been a real challenge. Not once did I worry that he would wash his hands of it if it hadn't arrived. He spent real effort in contacting and reassuring his customers that he would make sure orders were fulfilled and not just hand us a tracking number and a problem. Cannot say enough how great this was. I will definitely be a loyal customer to this small business in the future and highly recommend.
