What an excellent outlet with excellent staffs who were so knowledgable and helpful indeed. They showed great patience and listened making valuable suggestions. It was worth my while to come all the way from Reading and discover this place. Deffo worth a visit again! 👍

Even though they might be still be short staffed because of Covid, the staff at the Manson shop was extremely friendly and helpful.

We were in town from the US and Jamie & Charley went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us understand the process of getting a Manson Guitar shipped overseas back home to the US.

It was incredible. The guitars were all impeccable quality, and I was allowed to try any guitars I had interest in. The staff were amazingly helpful, and gave me advice that has worked out perfectly. Also the price was nowhere near what I expected, with the total being around £375 for the perfect guitar for me, an incredible amp and all the other bells and whistles! Best customer experience I’ve had in a while! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shop is always immaculate, staff have always been really helpful and knowledgeable. Also took delivery of a jim root jazzmaster v4 which was ordered back in early February mansons always kept me in the loop as fender were having delivery issues needless to say once the guitar had arrived they put it through their workshop to check if everything was 100% and honestly it's the best guitar I've ever played. I really can't recommend mansons enough even though they aren't my local guitar store I would rather travel to mansons for their expertise.

As a beginner I didn't have a clue. James was patient and took his time with helping me choose my guitar. My tutor was impressed with my selection. So thumbs up James and thank you.

Great shop. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend to anyone into guitars. We will definitely be back to buy a new guitar soon.

Great customer service is not getting everything perfect but being able to sort issues out and these guys can do that. Very busy period and they helped me out. Shoutout to Tom for his patience with me, he is a gentleman. And the guitar setup was really good as well.
