Musicroom Salisbury

We stumbled across this shop on a visit to Salisbury and we were delighted! Fantastic selection of piano books to help inspire our practice. Thank you to the very helpful staff who managed to find our rather random sheet music requests!

Great for electric guitar related equipment, awful for anything to do with recording. Extremely limited supply. Not as good as it used to be before the refit a few years back! Staff are excellent though, large range of sheet music which is what the company/shop specialise in

Went to purchase a Martin - came out with a different Martin than intended. The staff were really helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. Once home I needed the guitar action lowered. Took it back and it was dealt with easily with no questions or Huff's and puffs! One very happy customer thanks guys! Will recommend you to friends.

Had a terrible time ordering from the website. There was no sign of the record for a month after ordering in November, I called and they said it will take 2 months to arrive. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Still waiting on it 3 months after I first requested a refund. The staff seem disorganised and gave conflicting messages, and have said it would come in a few days SEVERAL times in the last few months. They blamed me for going through PayPal, saying they can't refund me until I closed my PayPal dispute. They've now said they've sent it but PayPal has no evidence. Their customer service is appalling and entirely useless. This company should not be trusted with anyone's money.

Thank you to the person with the Tobey Torres hair for your patience while I dithered and got distracted today while picking up some strings and pieces. Sorry I don't remember her name! Useful to have a well-stocked shop handy. Yes you'll always pay more than online but when you need strings in a pinch you'll be sorry when all the high street shops are gone!
