County Music Ltd

As a total beginner, I bought my first guitar from County about nine months ago. I'd tried a few other shops (local and in London) and the staff here had a great attitude. I also cannot fault the subsequent service that this shop has provided. After a few months, a slight problem developed with my guitar and they sorted it out immediately, free of charge and in a friendly and helpful manner. I can't imagine getting this level of service from an internet shop! I'm so glad that I bought my guitar from County Music.

I recently bought a Taylor GS mini bass from County Music, they offered me a free setup and also allowed me to use the bass for a few weeks before they set it up. When I took it back, I knew exactly what I wanted from the setup and they did it perfectly. Great service

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, it's always a pleasure to visit. I bought a hardcase for my daughters guitar and they made sure that what I got was the best option and that it definitely fitted. Not only that but they did it for a really good price... Im now thinking about treating myself to a new guitar!

Me and my friend went in last week for last minute guitar supplies. Really really helpful staff, very knowledgeable, super friendly and decent prices. Am in the marker for a new bass and would consider these guys first even before trying online.

I bought a guitar today from county music,. Very decent price. They are a really friendly Helpful crew. I asked if they could deliver the guitar to my home as i don't have a car, they delivered that evening, no charge. You can't beat that. My wife has told me " No more on line when it comes to music stuff." Thank you all at county music.

Used this store before as they have a good selection of guitars and have staff with good knowledge. We were able to try as many guitars as we wanted with no pressure to hurry up or buy. Was offered discounts on straps, cases and strings. Dont buy from the net, get to this store, talk to the staff, get a feel of the instruments etc. A years warrantee on the instrument plus the opportunity to return the guitar to the guitar technician for free should the action required adjustment.

I purchased a piano on Friday...and next day it got delivered. This was after finding them on the Internet.
Fantastic service helping me decide on what to purchase, to delivery and setting up the piano.
As part of the setup/demo the piano was played...that had got the entire house all excited.
We are still in lockdown...but the guys were amazing... Wore masks and kept social distance.
If only all companies were these good.
Definitely will use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.

Outstanding service from the guys at County Music. Really friendly and helpful staff helped me get kitted out with my first guitar and all the extras. Happy to answer my questions since it was my first time buying an instrument and gave good advice for what I might need in the future. Excellent prices too! Can't praise them enough.
