Cranes Music

I bought some good quality and admirably well priced violin strings here a few weeks ago. The gentleman who runs the store is a smart, competent sort of guy whom you won't find in a lot of music stores. The place mainly caters for pianists (obviously) and doesn't sell any woodwind instruments or accesories, as far as I know. Lessons are offered upstairs, presumably on the piano, but I cannot vouch for these.

My only suggestion to management would be that they consider selling more second hand items.

Great service, will match internet without fuss, had what I wanted in stock and made life very simple. Knowledgable on product and friendly.

My husband bought a beautiful piano from Cranes Music as a birthday surprise. Cranes did everything they could to assist with the purchase and delivery of the piano. Unfortunately, the piano developed a manufacturing fault. When I reported this fault to Cranes, they dealt with the issue very promptly and throughout the process showed the upmost care and attention ensuring everything was resolved satisfactorily. Cranes customer service, care and attention was impeccable. We cannot fault them. We will definitely be visiting Cranes Music again soon x
