Had many dealings with Sheargolds in the past and will certainly continue to do so in the future. The staff are friendly yet non intrusive and will always strive to go the extra mile to give the customer what they need - not to mention the extensive knowledge of their stock! I have only ever had positive experiences and I know these experiences have occurred for people I have recommended Sheargolds to.

We have used Sheargolds on a number of occasions and every time they have been 'on the ball', helpful and knowledgable. Staff are always polite and willing to answer any question. Our big purchase was a baby grand piano and we could not fault the service leading up to, during and after the sale. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. A good range of pianos (both electronic and normal) to look at in a range of mixed budgets with various rental and buying options available. Parking out front on roadside is limited (no car park), but those able can park in nearby roads if full.

Purchased a Kuwai 200 mahogany polish piano for my eldest daughter.. the experience I had from start to finish was exceptional… very friendly staff and extremely knowledgable.. we were so lucky to find the piano we wanted to which they had in stock..they even gave us a complimentary piano stool..thank you so much to everyone at Sheargolds you have made me and the family very happy..!!

I am so impressed by this Company, I called to let them about my piano being damaged in delivery and Anthony kindly came that same evening to have a look. The kindness, the attention to detail and advice he gave was amazing and he has passed our details to someone who can hopefully repair it. He even spotted a missing part and showed us an example photo so we could try locate it from where it came from. We will be using their piano tuning services for sure and would highly recommend this company as they are a firm who truly cares and knows what they are talking about. Thanks Anthony!

Sheargold’s is the place to buy your keys. Exceptional knowledge, great service and delivery! The explanation and reasoning behind the thought process in purchasing a piano is professional, clearly outlined based on qualification of budget and user need. Very impressed! Our room front looks great.. but also our children play better and have the emphasis to play more! We upgraded from a Yamaha P45 - the action wasn’t the same as a Kawai amazing upgrade!
