I have been twice to this salon and both times been told off like a child. This time I arrived early to my appointment as they had told my mum who also was going that day "do not be late this time" when she made her appointment - despite the fact she has not been here before. I was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment slot, I had taken time off work to arrive early and in time for my appointment. My mum the same day was also waiting 1 hour for her appointment. When I made a comment about them running late I was shouted at by a member of staff in front of other customers, I was told that regular customers understand that this is the way the salon is run and to expect it not to run on time??? I am not sure that is how appointment times work.. even so a simple apology for late running would have sufficed. When waiting you are not offered a drink or even spoken to.

Having my nails done is a luxury I do for myself, yet I dread going to get them done due to rudeness and treatment by staff. It is not relaxing or fun, it feels more like a chore when going here.
It is a real shame as the man who did my nails both times did them very well. I can't fault the nails they do, just awful service

Had my first ever set of acrylics today, was an absolute pleasure. As soon as I walked in the door they remembered my name without checking the booking. I was a little early so Vanessa invited me to take a seat. All of the colours were on the table in front of me and I made my selection in my own time, there was no pressure. I sat down and asked for a full set of acrylics with gel colour on top, I showed Vanessa a picture and she was more than happy to do exactly what I wanted. All of the members of staff were lovely, talkative and smiling. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, several people came and went while I was there, everyone was greeted politely. Vanessa was gentle, knew what she was doing and was very efficient. Can't reccomend these guys enough. Thank you for a gorgeous set of nails!

I love having my nails done by Hang! She is so professional and my nails always look so nice, and its lovely when i get complimented. The prices are reasonable and parking is fine. Its a clean salon and i always feel welcome, thank you Hang! The 😍👌

Overall dedicated to the client and the shop is taking all the safety measures necessary following guidelines, Use of masks, regular cleaning and social distance.

The gentleman who did my nails was wonderful as always, however I am unable to wear a mask and going out is a real challenge for me. I had a hostile confrontation with the female member of staff and another customer telling me I was breaking the law and was selfish despite wearing my badge and carrying my doctors letter even though I know I dont by law have to show anybody this. So instead of being an hour of enjoyment it has left me in tears and seriously thinking death would be a happier way out.

Really lovely people. I came here to have my nails done for my wedding day. I had acrylics and gel with diamantés. They looked fabulous! So happy with the results and a few weeks later still look as good as they did when first done. Good location and free parking. Definitely recommend. Note to customers they only take cash.

Always happy with the service here - staff are friendly and I can usually get an appt when I phone. My nails always look great, the polish lasts and the prices are competitive.

I had my nails done by Hannah (Hanna?) today. I havent had my nails done in over 5 years. She was really lovely, chatted to me the whole time and did a great job creating the look I wanted. The shop is also super close to my home which is great. Can't wait to come back!
