Excellent service. Always happy with my nails. Never any problems.

And for 1st time and asked for square shape and ended up with pointed, but thought I’d leave it. 2 nd time came out loving the nails but next day thumb nail the gel polish peeled off so went in and got it fixed. 2 days later 3 more nails the gel polish peeled off so went bk and got them fixed, 4 days later the gel polish is come off again!! I will not be returning! They just sit and speak in their own language!! Very rude

Did my nails wrong, then 'booked me in' to fix them, left me waiting for an hour, then when they asked to book me in again, told me I would have to pay because it had been over 2 weeks. Absolute joke, don't waste your money here!

Totally unacceptable. Drilled half my thumb nail away when I said it hurt, the lady just mumbled something in her language and carried on.
I have also caught a nail fungus off them as the do not sanitize anything they use.

Superb nails always perfect quality. Wait may be slightly long and they never have eniggh seats for waiting on x

Love my new nails, no waiting time for me and I had no appointment either. I obviously went in at a good time (it was a rainy day). I just showed a picture at the start, and they matched it exactly.

Just be wary that if you buy a gift voucher - it has to be stamped on purchase. I received one for Christmas so used this opportunity to treat myself..but felt I was being accused because they said they had no record of that amount being sold and it should've had a stamp on it. Even though it was inside one of their UK nails price list cards too. They 'honoured' it anyway but it felt quite embarrassing to go through that. My partner wouldn't of had a clue about a stamp being needed and why would he have done..plus they only take cash payments, so you can't even go back in your bank statement to prove the transaction. I'm surprised it is cash only and seems they're not recording every sale..

(Also note that they use electric nail files here...I've since gone elsewhere as my nails ended in such a brittle and awful condition with dips all over :( )

Vile dirty place. Do not go here. Staff are rude. Had an appointment booked but was left to just sit there for 40 mins past my appointment time. No apologies staff are very rude. Do not put nails on correctly. Awful service. Asked them to remove what they had started and went elsewhere.
