First time visit I requested a express manicure, whitch peeled off after couple of hours work was done. I came the next day and the staff been extremely helpfull and they explain to my that according to my nail quality which was really bad BTW the regular nail polish won't last and they suggest to do a gel one. They very kindly remarked it and I’ve had very beautiful natural nails that last for a month. Very happy with their customer services, definitely looking forward to come back

I've been going to get my legs waxed and threading done by Monica for about 5 years now. She's is very reasonably priced and excellent at her job. She is a perfectionist with very high standards.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

i got an acrylic nail set, the process was well done but it came to £55 which i was okay paying for as long as they were good quality and lasted long, it’s just passed a week and 5 have broken so far not sure if i’m just clumsy but i’m kinda annoyed

I have been going here for over 10 years. I love the fast service, my nails are fab. Ive always returned because they are the best.

I've been going to La Nailspa for about 6 months fairly regularly. I'm a tough nail biter and since January I've had extensions + acrylic nails. Today, we took the extensions and acrylic off and I've got my natural nails now + gel manicure on top.

Jenny usually does my nails and she is fab. She is extremely accurate and the nails are PER-FECT each time. She takes really good care of my nails. Her work is amazing. The young man (sorry I don't know his name!) who took off the extensions and acrylic today also took great care in his work (I was afraid after these long months of trying to grow my nails, that they will break).

Although it can get busy at times, they always manage to fit me in (I try to book). Friendly service.
I totally recommend this nail salon. Thank you Jenny & Team, I am absolutely delighted now that I have long natural nails (nail biter since I was about 6 here, it's been an issue forever) Having proper nails and manicure has boost my confidence as well. I am very grateful.

AVOID. Most appalling and insulting customer service you could imagine. Strongly recommend avoiding completely, whilst their work is good, their service and respect for clients is non-existent. Highly recommend using better nail salons in the local area of which there are plenty (Lady J for one)

Being fairly new to the area, I didn't know what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and did an amazing job with my nails; she didn't settle for anything less than perfect. Prices were reasonable, too.
I also witnessed how they interacted with repeat customers; making suggestions on colours that suit them and building a real rapport. I will definitely be going back!
