I had an appointmwnt andthen got call meaning I had to go into hospital... so rang and rebooked.... with apologies. The next day went in and the 'so called manager said "Ah yes you had appt and didn't turn up!" Charming. I had asked for Emma to do my infills as she's really good (quiet, but nice). When I went in they pushed me onto a guy sitting playing on phone.and he was rubbish. 2 nails came off and they were sharp generally. When i went back in they charged me AGAIN although the nails had only lasted 4 days !!

Absolutely horrible service !! Went in to have my nails done I was told to sit down then two more ladies turned up they were offered a drink no one even bothered to ask me You can clearly tell the skiny male chats about you and has a very bad temper never smils and throws your hands about like he cba and then some1 else will start doing your nails half way through about 3 people change on 1 set of nails and dnt even get me started on the females they are so damm rude . At the end of the day were paying to have are nails done its not free and your prices are sky hi first i was told £27 then ended up paying £30 in end Ridiculous. Service with a smile !

Got there a little early but only had to wait about 5 minutes. Chose my gel polish colour. Had my toes done first. Very professional. Then had nails done. As they are a little uneven lots of clear gel to make them smooth. Colour on afterwards. They look great. Thankyou.

Excellent. A last minute apt made to fix a broken natural nail. Late apt and I was late from shift. Can only praise the service and their skill.

A good salon, got all the equipmentand did a good job of my nails, but unfortunately lacking in any sort of conversation the 2 manicurist spoke across to each other in Chinese, it was a very odd experience.

Was seen straight away with no appointment on a late Monday afternoon. They did a great job with a gel polish for £20, no complaints! Love them x

Turned up for appointment on time and had to wait 10 mins. Had nails done and had to go back the next day as they had not been cured properly. They repaired it no problem. But now only 3 days after having them done 3 more are peeling off. Normally come here for my nails but wont be doing anymore

Over charged for biab nails (was charged £40 ) which bend had to go elsewhere to have fixed. When asked why so expensive he said becuase he used acrylic as well as biab. He did not.
