I was there twice. Last time I was yesterday. The man who made my nails didn't ask about what I want. When I told to him that my nails are too long, he get upset!
I asked him to change shape of my if my nails a few times and he didn't, because "will look ugly ". I am not happy about my nails!!! No more.!

I had a really bad experience at this salon.
I had my nails done on Sunday (acrylic infill + nail polish), by Tuesday the nail polish had cracked and by Friday two nails broke. Went back on Sunday to have them corrected. A man did what I have shown below. I said I wasn’t happy and I was told I had to wait (no mention of how long). After waiting for a short time (I had to ask few times as to how long I would need to wait, as was waiting for 40 mins for the original appointment), a lady came to me. She was very unhappy and was very rude as I asked for her to correct my nails as had a bad experience with a man doing them before her. She corrected just two nails which had a gap between a cuticle and acrylic and what she did was also below any standard (she did pinky and a ring finger).
I complained again to someone who seemed to be in charge by wasn’t a manager (Tony) and having spent there 2.5hrs couldn’t stay there any longer as had some commitments. I requested for money back but my request was refused and I was accused of walking around various salons complaining to get a refund.
When I got home I took the nail polish off and applied a new one and that’s when I noticed that one thumb nail was different to the other.
After few days two nails broke again!!!!
I would like to add that as customers come in very often no one makes a contact. They talk about customers in their language and there is a very poor hygiene with equipment not being sterilised.
I will definitely not be going back there and I would like to warn you girls.

USA Tops Nails ate fabulously great! I've been going there since they very first opened and they've never fallen below their high customer service standard's and when undertaking nail treatments. They always pay attention to detail and I'm always very happy. All the staff are great! And are always very happy to see you and welcoming ❤ Emma.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Honestly the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life! The paint was awful and after a week the nails started to break off. Please find another place outside of Borehamwood because they all don’t know how to do nails!

Am very pleased with the pedicure I received today, very friendly staff, and a lot of care was taken with my treatment also very clean. The bad reviews puzzle me as it was very busy today and everyone seemed very pleased with their nails. So much better than Borehamwood Nails.

Visited quite a few times. They need to get their pricing board inside sorted.
The board says one price and they tell you another. I queried it and paid for what was posted

with regret, I would have to say do not go there if you care about your nails. I had long almond shaped nails and asked for the staff to slightly file them down. The lady was extremely harsh and has ruined my nails entirely. I had to ask her to make them short to try and salvage their appearance. She filed them down using the machine over 3 times leaving them fragile and bendy. I naturally have very strong nails however they were truly tarnished today through the techniques the lady used. She also dug at and filed down my skin caused a lot of discomfort. When painting my nail she left streaks, constantly going over the same patch with lots of product. Sadly, it was a very negative experience and my nails have gone from strong, long almond shaped nails to short, bendy and fragile stubs.

I went to get my nails done. The treatment was very, very bad. There was a woman who did my nails and she was very racist. She asked me where are you from and then I told her I am from this country and then after this question she treated me ٧in a very bad way and said before I did my nails I told her the look I wanted and then after that We finished installing. She raised the price that I had to pay. She told her I want to choose a color. Can you give me a while? She said no, she has a lot of customer Even one star is too much for them. I ask the owner of this shop to check the workers in this shop and teach them to be respectful and to be friendly
