Chelsea Nails Studio

The salon is very clean and organised with hygiene maintained to a high standard. They have a big selection of colours and nail art to choose from. I travelled from London on a friend’s recommendation and can see why it’s rated so highly. I had a gel polish manicure and pedicure from Casey who was attentive and did such a thorough job. Five stars all the way.

Best nail bar!! Had a really good experience, didn’t feel rushed and absolutely love my new nails. Had bad experiences with other places, leaving my nails very sore. Nothing like that here. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I couldn’t give a zero ! I basically never write reviews, tbh it’s the first time I am doing this. I wanted to do because for the kind of service I received in Chelsea, months ago. Trust me, the service was horrible. I wondered why people were being positive about it. I was kept seated and it was all a rush. It was so quick and I have given no time to say what I exactly wanted and I can’t even figure out if the lady was knowing what I wanted. It left me regretting the whole trip and the paint just came off so quickly for one of fingers, which looked so stupid and cheap. And trust me guys, my nails didn’t grow back properly like everytime. I was scared and had to run to people who had a good knowledge about it. They were so brittle and weak and kept breaking each time they grew. After months i saw them, growing back. 🙏 Hope this helps if it’s your first time visit. I wanted to leave this feedback as a genuine one. 🙂 such a regret and waste of money !

Had some gel acrylics done at the end of August. Got home and looked at them properly to realise that there were black bits in the clear acrylic, wonky French tips and dried up acrylic around my nails. Contact Chelsea nails via Instagram to see if the problems could be rectified, only to be blocked on there instead! Really gutted as I had high hopes for this place and the actual experience inside was a good one! Just a shame they are let down by extremely poor communication skills, safe to say I’ll be going elsewhere in future and will make sure friends and family of mine will do so also🙂

The staff are so nice and friendly. Have a been a few times now to have gels and gel removal and was really happy with the service. Well priced and the salon is nice and tidy.

It was my first time attending this salon, as my usual nail salon was fully booked due to the time of the year.

Tony did my festive nails - he was friendly and very skilled with mirroring the nail design that I showed him and was incredibly neat with his work. The lady that did my gel pedicure was also friendly and neat.

I liked that this salon was realistic with their time and would advise customers that they were fully booked, as almost all nail salons I’ve been to would accept walk in customers for the sake of it, which would cause delays for booked customers and often would feel like a rushed experience. Definitely not the case here.

Overall pleased with the service and I will be returning here in future. Thank you!

This is my honest opinion on Chelsea Nails on behalf of my mum.

Number 1: You let Jenny do powder work even though she IS NOT QUALIFIED and as a result, my mother’s nails became bruised and they keep chipping off to this day!

Number 2: You forced my mum to get gel colour instead of taking responsibility for the AWFUL job you did with the regular colour!

Number 3: Your customer service is absolutely terrible!!!! You are SUPER RUDE! You always say, “We’re fully booked already, book 2 weeks advance!”

We haven’t been to your salon since the summer and THIS is why!!!! Going to your salon was a waste of our time! We will be going to John Nails from now on!

P.S. I would’ve given your store a zero star rating if that was an option.
