Really wish I’d read the reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. So many lovely other places to go for a pamper with friendlier staff. Very disappointed with the overall attitude of the management ultimately resulting in them doing a gel removal for free. Coming to a salon is meant to be a pleasant experience. This one wasn’t. At all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Firstly I paid £50 the woman cut me and blamed me even though I stayed extremely still and never had this issue before. She painted them the completely wrong colour. Then the acrylic bubbled and she got annoyed even though I'd done nothing. I was going to forget about but today I've removed the nails with acetone and the damage is beyond shocking. My nail beds are bleeding and sore and it's like superglue has been used. I've had nails before and this experience was shocking.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Excellent nails, had my fingers and toes done in two different appointments in the same week. The finger shellacs were excellent so I booked for a pedicure, unfortunately I booked the wrong thing but Ruby was very helpful and able to do what I wanted with my feet. Excellent pedicure! Very pleased with the service and quality of the shellac.

Always a great service in here. Efficient and polite with a huge attention to detail. I see Thi on a regular basis and she takes great care of me. I recently needed to go to another salon as I couldn't get an appointment before my holiday and nails didn't even last the trip. Now I've had them sorted out by Thi it's such a relief that my nails look great again. I won't go anywhere else now! 👍💕😁

Friendly service and amazing results as always! I have been using The Nail Spa for 6 years and would 100% recommend. I would also book to avoid disappointment, I have tried to walk in a couple of times and they have been super busy.

I had an appointment at 1:50 on Saturday. Gel + infill. Price online £35, in the salon I paid £45 - £10 deposit. So how much does gel and infiil cost in the end? There is information that you can pay by card and the staff says cash only. I had to go to the ATM. Then after 4 hours one of my nails broke. I called and asked if I should make an appointment? The staff said no, I can come. On Saturday I went only for 1 nail and I heard that they are busy and I have to sign up!!! This is how you treat your customers. I won't go with one nail to Blue Water every day. I signed up for Monday but I didn't come because there were traffic jams and I was at work. The right nail was put on a new one, the shape is different on the left hand. I told you but he just smiled. I'm sending photos. The brown color is my sister. As it turns out, it broke nails

I like that they will usually try to fit you in but generally from observation they have poor hygiene standard. I never see them cleaning the foot spa and towels always look unclean. Overall staff are pleasant enough and my nails were neat but I wouldn’t recommend if you care about hygiene.

Almost impossible to communicate as the men working spoke barely any English. One of them actually cut my niece twice while giving a manicure. Not the best experience
