I have been a customer of the nail room for a number of years. Heather is brilliant at what she does. She is professional and so friendly. Her eye for detail is immaculate whether this be doing your nails or the cleanliness of her salon. I would definitely recommend the nail room hence the length of time I have been going. I would also commend Heather on the extra measures in place to make her customers feel safe during what has been a very challenging time for businesses but Heather has stepped up to the plate and gone over and above to look after her customers.

Absolutely brilliant service from Heather, who gave me beautiful Goddess burgundy gel nails including an extension gel for my wedding finger nail that always breaks. She matched my engagement ring in an inspired way with twinkly gems on my fourth fingers. She’s made me feel really special for my wedding on Saturday and fitted me in at very short notice. Professional, Covid secure, can’t fault anything about it and great price which includes gel nail removal at a later date. Try for yourself - you’ll be thrilled!

Heather is very professional in all aspects of her work and I personally wouldn't have my nails done anywhere else. She has made her salon very covid safe with everyone having their temperature taken when entering the room. Everyone has their own individual nail packs and there are hand sanitizers in place.
Heather you have worked very hard in making your Nail room safe. Well done you are a star, and I will always feel safe when having my nails done.

What can I say. I have had my nails done for years but stopped about 6 months ago as I couldn't stand the itchy painful fingers for about a week after having them done...this was also just having gel polish, not necessarily always acrylic. I then saw Heather's post and contacted her and we had a long chat on the phone and I decided to try again. At my first appointment Heather again had a long chat about what she thought my issue was. I decided to try with just gel polish. Sadly I had about 4 days of itching. Anyway to cut a long story short, and thanks to Heather's advice and knowledge i have had polygel done twice now without any problems. Heather is very knowledge about what she does and actually shows that she is interested and cares about her clients.
If you are thinking about having your nails done or wanting to change salon i would 100% recommend this lovely lady.

I have been a few times now but like to be sure before I leave a review, A consistently good service. A clean, modern salon with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Heather listens to what you want and I am please to say I love my nails now. Highly recommend!

I have nails that are not long. I am busy, my hands are busy. Since my visit to The Nail Room, they are beautifully shaped and sparkly. Yes, I avoid using my nails as tools and apply cuticle oil daily. My own nails are now lovely, the gels are not chipped or lifting. Thank you Nail Room!

Very friendly. Large variety of colours. Careful nail prep and application of gel polish. Repairs also expertly done. Good value.
